Today: 147 lb - Hi my name is cardenas will thats not my real name im a female im 13 years old.I weigh 147 pounds,people say im not fat but i say i do i do have a billy.I eat lots of fruit and lots of vegtables and every night i drink like 4 cups of water i eat whatever i want everyone should eat what they want.i do exercise i dance in my room.On August 12 2003 i went to school my mom bout me some short and they didnt fit me so when i started eatin what i wanted(not that much fat a lil fat)the shorts fit me like in 3 weeks i was glad!!!i dont drink soda only a lil, i drink water,lemonade and thats all i didnt started my growth yet u guys know what i mean right my mom says that well help me alot when i start my u know what thanks u guys good luck!!!!!

AYY!!! okaii i jus wanted to tell all of u pilates is an awesome workout it tones u and makes u very flexible i do it twice a week and i*ve done it for three weeks and lost a total of 8 inches from various places on my body its awesome...also i reccommend bellydancing thats a madd workout

Ht. 5'5", Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 96) - i dont have alot of money so i cant go on specaled diets such as slim fast and weight watchers or atkins...so i make my own plans. The problem is, that I dont really know how to lose weight aside from the working out part. I am 5'5, 170 lbs and am very lazy. I usually eat alot of carbs and such and I need a diet plan that would work! one that is flexiable maybe also! help!

i lost 30 lbs and for my reward i am going to try products to ligthen my FARK undereye circles. They are herdiatary and cannot be covered by foundation that well at all! Can anyone recomend fading creams and the like to help me with this problem? i tired the vita-k cream which does not work! thanks a bunch

Today: 136 lb - hey. i weighed myself this mornin n i was 136lbs, last week i was 134.5lbs, i dont see how i could've gained weight, i did so much walking on friday and saturday and i also exercised everyday. but i had generel tso's chicken for lunch saturday with a sprite. maybe its muscle mass but i dunno. im just depressed right now, especially since my period will be starting soon.
