Hi..i wanted to knw when your eating the food..should you worry about how much calories it has or how much fat it has......bc i noticed some foods have alot of fat but less calories...so does your weightloss depend on losing the calories...thanks to whomever answers

Ht. 5'3", Today: 160 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 115 lb - Hey everyone! I'm new to this site, but from what I can tell this place is really great! I weigh 160lbs and my goal is to lose 45-50lbs before the start of the next school year (August 18,2004) and weigh 100-115. Oh yeah I'm 5'3 so I'm kinda short. Ht. 5'4", Today: 130 lb (BMI %tile: 68) - I am not very overweight right now. I'm 5'4 and 130 pounds. Which isn't that bad. I used to starve myself and eat one week and then not eat the next. I lost alot of weight doing this, about 30 pounds in one month. I was always sick though and I could barely function. I got help though, at first my body wouldn't take the food and I had to eat through tubes...but I'm alot better now. I'm not looking to go on a diet, I just want to tone up by doing exercises. Does anyone know any good ones? Thanks

if people are worried about loose skin i heard drinking green tea helps improve the quality of elasicity- so drink up- it's a great antioxidant as well!!!

Ht. 5'9", Start: 205 lb, Today: 180 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 160 lb - Hey Im 5'9 and weigh 180!! ahh ive lost 25 pounds, but i've been at 180 for like 4 weeks! i cant get past it!! please please please give me tips on how i can lose weight fast!! i walk home 30 minutes every day from school..i do yoga and dance, but i still am not losing weight! i really want to be down to 160 by my birthday (december 19th) is this possible? PLEASE HELP!!

Ht. 5'8", Today: 200 lb (BMI %tile: 97) - Hi all! I am 15 yrs old and I weight about 200lbs ((I am 5'8)) I want to lose n e where from 40-60lbs. I was thinking of trying the neg. Calorie diet, I was wondering if n e one else was interested in trying this wit me, or if n e one has tried it plz respond, I also would not mind it if n e one wanted to be weight loss buddies.....I would appreciate it if the buddy was about the same measurments as me, but it is not neccisary :) ps: plz do not respond about how healthy diet and excersise is a must b/c I know all that stuff already.

Ht. 5'5", Today: 165 lb (BMI %tile: 95) - Hey. This my first time on this site and i need some help. I have previously lost a lot of weight~about 32 pounds~by using slim fast and exercising. But that was a year ago and now i want to finesh getting to ma goal weight. A knee injury has kept me a lil bit from getting remotivated (i can't do lunges or squats and running makes my knee swell to about double the size of my other knee)but i kno that if i really want to lose the extra weight, i can do it. Plus after a summer vaction where I completely abandoned ma newly learned **good** eating habits & I am 165ish pounds now. I am only 5'5 so it really shows and i am very self concious (but i love swimming so much i get enough courage to put a swim suit on)I use to be very confidant in everything else, but that is very much detroyed since i went through depression a few years ago. That is what initally got me motivated to lose the weight i already have. I don't want to go through that again to get remotivated. I want to have a diet and exercise plan that i can stick with and enjoy. Please any1 who has any ideas reply!
