well, today i did not eat breakfeast, but for lunch i ate a sandwich and about 7 potato chips w/ a cup or soda pop. For dinner i ate a sandwich and 7 potato chips w/ an 8oz bottle of water all before 7:oopm. And latter on tonight i am going to tae-bo. well i hope i will lose about 15 pounds by Feburary( which is my first goal).

Today: 228 lb - I was sick today. Nothing went into my stomach for a while and truthfully i'm kinda glad. I mean, I'm back down to 227.5 and yesterday i was at 230. The holidays arent good for dieting to tell the truth. Well hopefully on New Years when i go to my aunts i wont over eat.

HEY YALL IM BACK I REALLY NEED TO LOOSE ALL MY WEIGHT BECAUSE I JUST FOUND OUT THAT MY FAMILY ON MY MOTHERS SIDE ALL HAVE DIABETES MY GRANDMOTHER AND GRANDFATHER DIED FROM DIABETES AND MY GREAT AUNT MY GRANDMOTHERS SISTER HAS DIABETES BUT SHE STAYS IN SHAPE FOR HER TO BE IN HER LATE 70'S SHE KEEPS HER WEIGHT DOWN SHE SAID SHE WOULD BE ABLE TO HELP ME BUT SHE LIVES 200 MILES AWAY FROM ME SO THAT IS REALLY HARD TO GET HER HELP SO PLEASE HELP ME LIKE WHICH FODS I CAN EAT THAT ARE HEALTHY LIKE WHICH SALAD IS THE HEALTHIEST AND WHICH EXERCISES SHOW THE MOST RESULTS I WOULD REALLY REALLY APPRECIATE IT ~*~Thanks~*~

Help!!!! The more I concentrate on how much I weigh and try to lose it the more weight I gain...Just since September I have gained 10 lbs!! :(

hey y'all! i need some help trying to figure out when i should exercise during the school week. During break its easier to exercise when ever but i am very limited when it comes to school. I was thinking either doing all tae-bo or alternating tae-bo between the firm in the morning. and then either if its warm out side when i get home, then i would go for a walk or bike ride, though that depends a lot on the weather. I get home at 4:00 and the sun goes down between 4:30-5. And if i have time and i am don't have hw or studying, then yoga. Would that work during the school week? I sorta wanted friday off in the morning but i wanted sunday off too. I'm not sure what to do. Any suggestions or comments are muchly appreciated. ~~chelsea

Today: 180 lb - Hey Everyone! Just wanted to update you all on my weight loss. So far everything is going great =)... except Christmas and Thanksgiving (which I didn't pig out on I just ate some things that weren't low carb). Anyways I'm at my 20lbs weight loss point (Yaaayyy!!) and I look a lot more attractive now than I did before I lost the weight, thank God I lost my chubby face and neck first LOL... whoo hoo, I actually look 17 now! I'm only at 180 and won't make my goal of being at 175 by January but that's okay because I have gained muscles as a result of my weight training. I now fit wonderfully in my bridesmaid's dress, which is a relief. LOL I have bought for my reward two outfits to wear while we are out of town that compliments my new figure and makes me look as if I have the perfect hourglass shape. =D You guys I'm soooo happy, I have gotten discouraged so many times during my weight loss ... Ht. 5'9", Today: 265 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - Hey Ya'll..Im new to this board....I just need some sort of support group to be there for me when i need to talk......Im 18 and i weigh 265 and im 5'9... I dont know what to do...its like dieting dont work....its came down to the point were i went to see a doctor to get that surgery done... but my blood pressure is too high so they wont do it...and anyone tell me of a diet that i can go on that will show results? My boyfriend and I were talking on the phone tonight and we were playing the question game..you know.."what do u like about me?" "What is most unattractive on me?" He actually answered that one.....he said my stomach.......you see because im so overweight my belly looks like someone has put a giant entertube around it...he didnt think at all when he said that.....He will never know how much that hurt me.. Please help me ya'll!!

Hey people. If i do my eliptical trainer 20 minutes a day, dance 5 hours a week, and do situps and leg lifts every night do you think i can lloose 30 pounds by the beggining of march?

looks like everybodys doin really good and thats great! i am happy to say that i am apart of that. today i didnt eat much but sumthin i ate must have upset my stomach because i ended up getting sick an to save u from the grossness u kno wut happens when u get sick to ur stomach but everything i ate was no longer there lol. i did my first day workout in my diet so far an i did the firm total body sculpt for 40 minutes. it was great! tomorrow im doing taebo. im trying to go more for inches rather than pounds because i wanna see the difference in myself an in my clothes more than wuts on the scale. does anyone think thats a bad idea? thanx to all for the continued support!
