Ok I blew it yesterday and a lil bit the day before that, but I kept up the exercise, so maybe i did ok(?) i donno. BUt anywayz. Does anyone know how many calories the firm burns? I know the work out is pretty intense, but my goal is to burn atleast 500 calories in exercize a day. Also does not eating after a certian time at night really help? And if it does what time is best? like 9 or 8 or 7????? thanks~chelsea~

hey everyone it is mag and as you should already know i am on a diet, and want to loose 35-45Ib's by the end of april, so if you have any advice PLEASE reply back to me. as for today i did not do good but i did not do real bad, i ate a danish and half a cup of ice crem (i feel so bad) but i did one hour of tae-bo, which was a good workout for me. if any one can help me reach my goal, i'll accept your help.

Hey! How can I do it??? When school starts again I am going to be so busy!!!!!I will have h-work,studying (sometimes), practices in Gander and at church, and I have to fit friends in and exerciseing!!!!!! I don't know how I will do it!!!!! Mon, Tues, Wed, Thrus I have practices after supper, and I have to get my h-work done. I have to fit in friends........I have a social life. And I have to workout. What can I do????? How can i fit it in????? While I'm here I will tell you my plan. Ok, here it is: Exercise.....100 crunchs,20-40 leg lifts, 15-30 push-ups everyday. A cardio or pilates work-out, 3-5 times a week and streching. FOOD: Break-fast...cereal or yogurt and a piece of fruit, Lunch...a sandwish (milk) or a salade (water) and a piece of fruit, Supper...whatever my mom cooks (small portions) and water, Snack...bottle of water or fruit. Friday is my treat day, I have a few chips or cheezies.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 174 lb, Today: 160 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 125 lb - hey wassup, well i am 5'2 and weigh 160, i used to weigh about 174 and i lost that 14lbs without even plannin a diet lol. well n e way..i really wana lose at least 35lbs bfor i see my relatives in april. i do excersizes for 30 min. and yoga for 30 min., and DDR as much as i can. i havent started the habit of not eating after 7 or 8 yet. but wen i do start it..do u think i can lose 35lbs or more? well hopefully i do. i mean, people say i am attractive n everything and i look 17 lol, but i still dont feel that comfortable with my weight n everything, but yea, i hope i reach my goal n stuff. i am cheerin for u guyz 2! hehe. if u wana contact me or want my picture or sumthin, AOL:ReDAnGeL0414 AIM:AzNEcL1PzE ok well good luck u guyz, n wish me luck 2!

if u all, like me, sometimes get really bad sugar cravings dont go straight for the chocolate, make up some sugar free jelly! it has only like 20 cals! and thats for ALOT of it! also lollypops have only like 20 cals each! and low cal hot chocalate is really good too!

I'm exercisizing and eating right but the scale won't budge. I do the Firm every other day and in between those days I do another sort of exercise. What is wrong, why aren't i losing?
