I have been reading a lot of posts. Almost everyone talks about how they want to be skinny and lose weight. I mean the first step is saying that we want to lose weight. The second step should be to figure how bad we want it. Cause if you want something so bad you can get it, you just have to work hard just like anything that you want. Example, say you want to buy a car really bad, what do you do, you work really hard to earn that money to buy a car. Well its the same thing with losing weight, you have to work really hard to earn a healthy, thin body. No quick diet is going to fix that. Just like there is no quick way to get money, legally that is. LoL. So everyone stay with your healthy eating and exercise, and have will power to stay away from eating high calorie foods. You all have helped me so much, I have lost 10 pounds with the help of all of you. I have 30-35 pounds more to go to get to my goal weight! I know I can do it! I am giving myself till the beginning of december to lose it! Make sure you set a realistic goal because it gives you that much more confidence to know you can lose it. I have tried a lot of fast diets, all have failed for me. So I decided healthy eating. Plus I am doing weight watchers so that gives me more motivation because we have to weigh in everyweek. Hey everyone. I read on this one website that if you eat in front of a mirror and watch yourself eat then you want eat as much because you'll get tired of looking at all of the food your eating that you shouldn't be. I always so read that if you chew your food 25 - 30 times it will help you lose a lot of weight and you want eat as much because your jaw will get tired of chewing. Are the baked apple pies from McDonalds healthy? Cause I went there yesterday and they were out of the frozen yogurt things and the salads were too expensive so i had two apple pie thingys instead. Was that bad? What would have been better to get?

yall definately find a diet buddy...or friend in your area or neighborhood. My boyfriend and I started joint dieting 2 months ago. We are older than most of you, so it may be a little easier for us to work on it together, but it helps. Together, we weigh infront of each other each week, keep a chart and talk everyday about what we ate. When you buddyup with someone you trust, you are less likely to cheat and stick to it. Together we have lost 45 lbs!!! And counting. We were both always overweight in our teens and now that we are older and about to get married and have children, I don't want to have to tell my kids that I can't play with them cause I am too tired. I think it will all click when people realize that it is there health that they are putting at risk when they are not overweight rather than risking having a date to prom or not. My bmi has dropped from 33.0 to 29.0 this year! 25.0 is a healthy bmi and I think that is 158 pounds for me and I am 185 now! I hope everyone does good on losing weight!
