Hey everyone its that time of the month again and i ha ve bad cramps so i have been excercisin and dealin with it sooooo yea i heard excercise caan help reduce cramps is this tru and i also heard streccthing helps calm them. Well yea and I feel that if i excercise everyday during my period then i will loose more then if i didnt and i can wait to get to my goal but im not goin to rush it well good luck

during the day i try so hard not to eat junk food and to eat smaller amounts of food..but at night time i cant help my self i eat anything i can get my hands on

i feel really bad today i only had less than 1000 calories i fasted for half the day and only had 1/4 of a coke and lots of water today at dinner i had 1 cheese burger, 3 peaces of cake (very small cake), cheese nips, water, and like little bit of cheetos what should i do to get 2000 calories later like 2 morrow

OMG guys. I'm so happy. I'm finally 133. That was my goal for my vacation and vacation is in 2 days. I can't believe I made it!!! my next mini goal is 131. This is my advice for everyone. Don't rush yourself in losing weight..accept that it will take a long time. I mean..I told myself..my goal for vacation is 133 but I also told myself that If I didn't make it I'd still go and have a great time anyway..instead of letting my weight ruin it. Don't plan to lose weight by school or by a certain date cuz all that does is ruin your progress trust me..I mean..I want to be 125 by school..thats my goal but I'm not going to make it a have to do thing. I'm going to lose as much as I can.shoot maybe it will only be 1 or 2 lbs but the point is I'm beautiful no matter what I weigh and you guys should feel the same..I hope everyone is doing well with progress..i do wish you all the best. hey...i'm about 5'5 and i weigh about 150 lbs. i want to get rid of my flabby gut and get some weight off my massive thighs plus i think my calvs (i dont know how its spelled) are pretty big and i dont feel confortable walking around in shorts or anything b/c of how big they are..please help me and leave any tips..

this is for everyone who is trying to lose weight and is writing on the board..its unhealthy to lose more then 1-2 pounds a week and you have to the willpower to do these things we can't help you not stick that little debbie in ur mouth but we can help you with what you should eat! the main thing you guys need to do is eat healthy..watch ur porpotion sizes..and exercise atleast 30 mins a day! b4 every meal i eat i do 75 sit-ups! so b4 breakfast i do 75 and then b4 lunch i do 75 then b4 i eat my snack i do 75 then b4 dinner i do 75 more and then b4 bed i do 50 so a total of 350 sit ups a day..i stop eating after 8'o clock. it maybe hard but nothing in life is easy! alls you need is motivation and you can do it! not to offend n e one but it seems that some people don't really want to lose weight! they tell the board that they need help and want to lose acess weight but then write a message... Everyone, a thing that helps me from eating is after I eat a little to keep me from being hungry, I chew a piece of sugerfree gum. My favorite is Orbit Peppermint original flavor. It is so good!
