Hi everyone my name is Megan Kinney!!! I love to eat...all day if i can, its what makes me happy, my daily meals consist of cereal, toast with peanut butter banana pepsi sometimes a hot pocket or two with that for breakfast. Then for lunch, i usually have chicken, chips, bread, pizza, chocalate cake, hohos, pasta, brownies and a salad with like a 2 liter, then for dinner i have pasta, pizza, loaf of garlic bread, ice cream, yogurt, potatoes, fries and then the rest of the chocolate cake with lots of chocalte syrup and icing. I walk a lot of school and sometimes i miss the bus at school so i have to run, so i get my exercise, why am i sooo fat, i weigh 310 lbs. and im only 15, how can i get down to a healthy weight. I hate looking bad and people making fun of me it really hurts my feelings, how can i get down to 130....PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!

hey guys, how did i do today? i think i did okay, but im not sure. breakfast-nutri grain bar, lunch-piece of pizza, pear, 100 calorie pack, snack-peanut butter crackers, dinnner-scrambled egg sandwich. i also had a reeses peanut butter cup. i ran 2 miles too! how i did i do??

Hey I like to work out and see resaults, I mean who doesnt. But the little ones I do do not show resaults. SO does anyone know a site that show accurate exersizes that work each muscle? Thanks Amanda Lynn

i want to lose 10 pounds but i dont know how!??!?!? i would stop drinkin pop and not eat candy and i would feel better but i couldnt stick to it> i dont know what to do i have a job school and very little time so please help if you can !?!??!

ugh, i gained 10lbs this sucks now i am for sure i am going to go back on the fruit and veggie diet hopefully tommorow so wish me luck i need tons!!!! now i am 160 and 5ft im going to exersise more and try not to be so lazy :) well anyways good luck everybody - montana

hey me again it seems like my messages get errased? strange. but i am now like 134-136 (5'7-5'8 tall) or something i havent checked in forever. but i wanna be 120 or less by summer would eating a litle breakfast o rnone (i never ear BR i get sick) then eat salad for lunch and then snack liek fruit and veggies and then dinner a small portion of wat is made then i tak a 30 minute bike ride would that work? i only wanna work my legs really cause i do have an ok stomach just i wanna get rid of some of the love handles. well any help would work thank you!!!xoxoxo

hey guys, my first homecoming is tomorrow night.. i am so excited but i am super nervous!!! are there any last minute things i should do to hide my belly? my dress is really pretty but its very tight, so does anyone know any tricks to flatten really fast, if only for one night?? thank you soooooooooo much!!!

Ok, I don't know if any of you guys remember me, but I am the boy who wieghed 396 pounds i march well I am happy to say I now wiegh 250 pounds! OMG i am so happy, I look thinner than ever because I am 5'11, I lost over 100 pounds in over a half of year and I am still loosing, let me tell you guys, I was 15 years old, I almost wighed 400 pounds! and Now I wiegh 250, I feel great I got energy, and I also got be a girlfriend! OMG my self asteem is higher than ever! I will never gain wieght again, also to say, I can now go to amusment parks and fit basically in every ride! I was so happy...wow this is an expirence of a lifetime, I just wanna tell everone out there, never! ever give up and don't make food your enemy, and dont! let anyone tell you that you wont be able to do it, just eat healthy eat smaller portions drink water, and excersise for at least an hr, everyday for 5 days, I garauntee you will loose weight!Good luck guys..!!

Hello everyone my name is Calynn. I'm fifteen years old, 5'5 and 130 lbs. My goal is to get down to 120, which doesn't seem to hard does it? To do this I am going to eat only fruits and vegetables. Yes, it may be hard, but just this of it this way, it is better than starving myself. I'm already a vegetarian so that works out fine. Today for breakfast I had: 1 banana, 1 glass of skim milk. For lunch I had: nothing, I can't eat at school cause I forgot to bring something. For a snack I had: 1 banana, 1 glass of skim milk and a couple small carrot sticks. For supper I don't know what I'm going to have, any suggestions?

Hey there. I am 5'3 and 239 pounds. I am currently trying weight watchers. I did it, but gained 5 pounds. I know i don't have a eating problem i just like to eat. That is normal, i think. i sit at home and watch tv, talk on the internet and eat. Why am i gaining so much weight? I get the mail everyday!! its like 20 feet from my house. good exercise!!! Hey im Kiki im 16 yrs ol im 5'0" and 157 llbs i use to be 186 it took my 3 years to get to that much off of me and i still look fat its mostly because of my hieght , it sucks being short , i've tried everything and can never stick to it ! i need to start anew diet andbody have any suggestions please help Email me at IIfindingemoII@aol.com
