Have any of you seen "The big loser," I watched it last week and it got me motivated to get on the treadmill. I am going to watch it tonight, if you havent seen it, you should watch it. It is funny, and it will motivate you. If you dont know what it is, it is about people that overweight who are competing against one other to lose the most weight, and there are 2 teams and they have a trainer on both, and at the end of the show they vote someone off. The biggest loser, gets a whole bunch of money. How many of you have seen it, just curious?

Hey everybody!! I'm getting back on track starting tommorow cuz i'm really beginning to feel like crap. When i found out that i gained 15 pounds of the 25 i've lost i was so pissed off. And when i was losing weight i never really exercised overly that much, and i was wondering if exercising everyday for like an hour makes a differnce. because if it does then what type of exercises?

I'm 16 years old, and am only 5'1". Is there any way to grow naturally, like by eating certain foods? and I'm most definitly NOT going to try those new pills... something just not right about that... and do any of you know a quick way to get rid of lovehandles and flatten my tummy? I'm going to Mexico in about 2 weeks and wanna shapen up.

hi yall...first of all i want to wish you all good luck on your weight managment and congrats to any weight comeing off! k now i would like some help. im 243 lbs and im 5'7 iv been dieting since last year but i wasnt really sticking to it but i did loose 30 lbs... but that was in the whole year. Id like some exercise tips ..i think i have control of the food thing...but the exersice is what i really need to work on. I used to have a tredmil b/c i hate running outside i just feel really self consious bout it. My brother broke the tred mill so i dont have anything like that...is there anything u can suggest i use at home that would really wokr. IM not looking for something that will help me loose fast i know that if i take it slow it will end up staying off in the long run. thats why my goal is just at hte most 40 lbs by june. My complete over all goal is 170 i know its alot but its what i want to be at. Help me Please!! and good luck all!!!!!

Hey...u were sayin something like you should stop trick or treating at 12...HELLO it's not just for little kids...I still do it and alot of my friends stil do, too! One is almost 16. And I've heard of some adults\college kids doing it, too. A note to everybody: you're never too old for trick or treating!!!!!!!!!! :)

I am 16, 5'9" and 180(ish) pounds. I am in Germany for the year on a student exchange, and I think this is the perfect opportunity to loose the weight I want to loose. I have access to alot more stuff here, like a real gym class and stuff. But as i was "mapping out my road" for loosing weight, I realized that I dont know what i good target weight is. I have until July, when i go back home, so I think I can achieve some of my goal, if not all of it. But I dont know what my goal should be!!! Does anyone know??
