Kristi, don't kill yourself. I read a story about a lady who was like 400+ pounds, and one day she was like, "Im not going to spend my life thinking about weight...i want to live life by its fullest." She then for a year or so thought of anything but her weight. She's make scrapbooks of her life, do service projects to help OTHERS, etc. She also drank a bunch of water and only made healthy food choices, and walked a mile or two every day and went from a size 28 or so to a 4 in like a year or so! Just believe in yourself and look at the positive! Be strong!

THIS PLAN WORKS: breakfast- cereal (preferbly wholemeal) and skimmed or semi skimmed milk. lunch- an apple, pear and a HUGE bowl of sald (i like to put tuna without the juice in it- no mayo though) dinner- grilled fish steak or an egg white omlette. drinks- as much water as you want. three cans of diet coke per WEEK. i have followed this for a week and have lost 9lbs!! how cool is that?? whhooooooo

okay every time i say im going to stop chewing so much gum i dont.. but i jsut read osmethign and chewing sugar gum is definitley empty calories just like candy.. id ont know how much cals i consume though cuz i spit it out so fast to go right back adn pop in another piece! lol But anyway yeah thats 800 additional calories i got from chewing 80 pieces a day!! yeah a lot lol.. but i need some motivation to quit!!! i think im going to just drink water when i crave chewing on something, and only chew max 10 pieces per day... lol that sounds like a smoker. Terrible but thats only 100 cals vs. 800 empty ones! any ideas to keep me on track? Thanks so much

Hey, I need some help. I am 15 and about 5'3 and weigh about 180-185lbs. I am miserable! My weight is causing depression and I do not like it. I have tried dieting and I even was anerexic before......I know it is not the right way to lose weight now but I was despirate. I hate looking in the mirror. I exersize a half an hour befor I sleep and I do not eat much. I eat enough to be healthy but still. I do about 200 crunches but the only thing is the only thing seams to be getting thinner is my upper abs and my lower stomach stays at 42 inches. And my upper went from 40 to 34 inches. But I hate my stomach and need help on what kinda of exersizes I should do. Please help me. I am so unhappy. Hey..Im 17 and I weigh somewhere around 150.. I've been watchin what i eat and Im feeling really good about my progress.. Today I made my Confirmation and got some money so tomorrow... hey guys, i havent done very good lately, but today i think i did alright..but im not for sure. Well, for breakfast i had honey comb (probably not that good..i had kinda a big bowl too) and for lunch i had a salad with one slice of swiss cheese and oil n vinegar dressing, milk, and fruit snacks (100calorie pack). I also ran 3 miles today, and i walked for 25 mins. For dinner, i'm either gonna have pasta, or lemon pepper chicken with broccoli and mashed potatoes. I'm gonna try not to over eat it. So how does this sound??

Hi everybody. Its been awhile since i've posted. I went to the doctor the other day and she says that im very overweight...which i think is crazy. Im only like 10 lbs over what i should be. And she was sayin all this stuff like out of every 100 teens my age, im the biggest..which i know isnt tru. But even tho i know its not tru, everything se was tellin me about my weight has gone to my head. Im scared to eat at all. And when i do, i feel so guilty. I went to IHOP yesterday and got a salad instead of pancakes and all that other stuff. And i jus ate 1 1/2 grilled cheese sandwiches. I was gonna finish it but i couldnt cuz i started thinkin about my weight and i told myself that i was gonna start exercisin and im not gonna eat for the rest of the day. I only need to lose like 10 more lbs and im scared on how im gonna end up if i keep worryin about my weight like this. Like i could keep on losin and everything and end up sick. How can i change? Any suggestions anybody?
