Today I did really bad. It was because I was stressed out and had a bad day. So I came home and ate and not even realizing why I was eating so much. I hate that, cause one day can ruin everything. I feel so guilty. I dont understand why it is so hard to lose weight. I have done it before, and I know what to do. But it is those days, that you want to eat, makes it so hard. I am just sad right now! I need some motivation!

hey everyone!!! WOW!!! i am thinking back to the 5th grade when i got called down to get weighed, my mom had let me stay home the day the class got weighed cuz she knew id be embarrassed (sp)! lol My friend shelby walked me down to the clinic n i weighed in @ 140 !!! wow yall should rlly think back like me! its been only like 4 1/2 yr im n the 9th grade now, and i weigh 245 lbs!!! 145 lbs MORE!!! thats AWFUL! but hey it took that long to gain it ALL it will take that LONG to loose it all, well i hope it doesnt i have maybe a yr!!! i just wanna work rlly hard im 14 n 5'7 sooo yeah!! if ya wanna help me out or sommin just holla! love to ya all n good luck with w/e ur doing!!! Hey im claire, for about a month i have been eating three meals a day, having a snack rarely, and going to the gym 4 times a week, sometimes even more. I have been doing cardio (cycling cross trainer a bit of running etc) and weights, but i don't want to bulk up and get really chunky muscles im scared! Please help or give some advice to help me avoid this (by the way i have lost about a stone so far, but its being stubborn and not going as quickly now) Thx x (Note: 1 stone (st) equals 14 pounds.)

k so i've followed the 1200 calorie diet, i work out 4-5 times a week for an hour ( 30 min cardio 30 min lifting) but yeah i'm not losing anymore!! I just dont understand... now what? I cna't lower cals, and if i start to work out more I'll get light headed! Now what?

How can I lose weight? I exersise, by doing crunches and do not eat that much........I do not know what I can do....And my lower stomach wont go away no matter what exersise I do. Any suggestions? They would be greatly appretiated (SP)*~*Amanda*~*

OK i started to work out on monday. and i also started my "diet" the same day. basically i am lifting weights for exercise and doing crunches everyday and exercising on my indoor bike whenever i can. and for my so-called "diet" i am trying to eat smaller portions of food and am only drinking water, tea, and milk (NO SODA) so i am doing better than i have. when i used to cheat i would do on littlething and think it was all over so i would go on a rampage for food. but now i do my one little mistake and when i go to the fridge to get more i think of wot this could do. so then i stop their. i also try to think of my saying "a moment on the lips, a lifetime on the hips" so yea i am doing better and on monday i will check in and tell you how much i've lost (if any).

Heya, guys and girls. names brandon, i used to come onto this site heaps cause i felt i was over weight, i finally reached my goal of 163 Lbs (aka 74 kilos) im about 6'2 and ive always been skinny, but now i have this skin on my upper torso, and it looks rather revolting. I only seem to come into it when i flex, was hoping there was away i like shrink or tighten that skin. all answers welcomed. P.S also my b'day is on the 7th of November, and theres this girl i really want to ask out, so i sorta wanna start getting a better body for her, sorta stupid, felt the need to type it though.

i went to the doctor today. i gained 15 pounds. im always talking about how im going to loose weight and be happy. i eat even when im not hungry. im always deppressed and i eat when i get that way. then i say im going to loose the weight and finally be happy (now i dont believe that will ever happen.) your probably thinking "your only 13, what do you mean finally?" well i've been trying to diet since i was eight!! what a way to spend third grade eh? well, i wanted to spill my guts(kinda) so , there you go. (sorry if i come off sounding rude, i don't mean to)

Hi everyone. I know I might be a little older than most of the people on this site but I have been here since I was 15 and I can't seem to find a better board. I am 5ft 4in and I weight 191 pounds. Last May I weighed 206 pounds but I lost it over the summer. I am in college and I am working on my career in counseling abuse victims. In order to be the best in my career, I need to look my best. Hey everyone! I really need some help! I have 7 months until my mom's 40th birthday party its going to be big. So she told me she is inviting an old my friend of mine i havent seen since i was like 9 and a lot of other people i havent seen in a long time because we moved away.
