Ht. 5'7", Wt. 162 - OK, so i want to excersice a lot to day. so far i did 1 part of a strength training workout (im sore from doing it to days ago, which made it really hard..oops, i prob. shouldnt have gave up..but it was like 30 min.) then i did a 30 min dance workout tape. im gonna swim laps in the pool and probably play tennis or something for a while. does this sound good?

Ht. 5'7 1/2, Wt. 170 ish - I haven't been on here for like 2 weeks, this is really odd. Well, ne way, I have been at Upward Bound really not caring what I eat b/c we exercise, I haven't lost ne weight, but I am surrounding myself around people who don't care how much I weigh and it is sooooo awesome. Its like I don't have to do ne thing to be loved, it is gr8! I hope everyone has found that place or that person that makes them feel good a/b themselves. Love ya all. Peace

Ht. 5'5'', Wt. 245 - did you know pushing the vaccum around the house can burn calories..plus your parents would love this
instead of riding to the store walk or ride your bike.
Take the stairs instead of the elevators or the stair that move.
push moweing the lawn can help you out too. When you cut the grass you will not only be making it shorter but you will get a good workout too.

Did well today! B: oatmeal and coffee. L: grilled chicken pasta S: cheesestrings D: Slimfast bar. Exercise: 2 hours dancing. I needed to do well today because I screwed up sooo badly yesterday. Yesterday I had 3 huge meals, then binged on cheesecake and a whole BRAND NEW BOX of crackers. Finished it all. GRRR. ^.^ Karine ^.^

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 171 - GOOOOOOOD AFTERNOON EVERYONE!... My winsor pilates maximum fat burning dvd came in the mail today...ohhh man i have a ton of the winsor pilates dvds.. but this one kicks your butt and its wayyy fun.. It was only 13 bucks with shipping and everything. I would deff reccomend it. Im sweating so bad, and the workout is only 20 minutes. Its awesome.. Anyways, im doing good today so far. I had about 1/2 cup of cereal with a banana for bf. and for lunch and dinner im gonna have a salad and sushi im kinda lagging on my water intake usually i try to have 2 bottles be2 noon buts it noon and ive only had one. Oh well. Umm well ive talked long enough. hope everyone is doing good today <3
