I have gotten myself into big mess!!! For breakfast i had 2 SLICES OF PIZZA & 2 PIECES OF BREAD STICKS!! i have decided that i am not going to eat anymore foods with calories untill dinner but for dinner i will have 16oz of milk and fruits & veggies. and i have drank 24oz of water so far my goal is 64oz+ and 60-90 minutes of exercise. is this GOOD/BAD???!!!

how did i eat today? i have a feeling it wasnt that good...B=0 L=a slimfast optima meal bar(230 cals) S=a small bag of lays fat free chips(75cal)and apple and this corn w/butter thing(about275cals) D=Subway veggie delite on wheat bread and 2 slimfast optima snack bars(120 cals each) and i think like 1/4 cup of mixed salted nuts and of course tons of water! it totals out to like 1580....ehh....?

okay.. breakfast-0, lunch- hot pocket, and weight loss shake (together equals 580 calories)... am i doing good for beginning a diet?? and also i dont ALWAYS eat breakfast but i do eat a little one sometimes if i get up early, and i still lost weight like that, well n.e ways please w.b... !!!
