Ht. 5'4", I hate this. I felt so good today. I worked actually worked out and then I went and added up all the food I ate, which I knew wasn't going to be good, but I didn't think it was going to be this bad. I went swimming for an hour and took a 10 minute bike ride, then I got home and added up my calories. I ate a whole 3700 calories!! I can't believe it. I'll do better tomorrow. 1200-1500 range here I come. Wish me luck and any tips would be helpful. Thanks, Mac.

Ht. 5'1, Wt. lets say 150 - well the washing machine man is here and im locked in the computer room because i have pjs on and i cant go out being im not wearing the correct undergarments. So anyway, im going on a 6 mile walk once this loser leaves. Then I am going to go swimming because its hot out and i miss swimming. Ht. 5'7", Wt. 160ish - hey guys.well i know katrina is supposed to be the first one to post..but i wont be able to do it later so i hope its ok i start. anyway brek: kashi bar and 1 tbs. of Peanut butter (250 cals) lunch: toast with tuna, broccoli (200 cals) snack: pria bar (110 cals) dinner: turkey sandwich and baked chips (about 400 cals) and for dessert tonight ill have sugar free jello or something for excirsice i played tennis for an hour and did a strenght training workout..also im prob. gonna end up running around and playing tag and stuff tonihght

Ht. 5'1, Wt. 170 - DONT READ THE POSTS B4 THEY ARE GARBAGE!!!!!! i messed up!! Anyway Ht. 5'1, Wt. 170 - Well I'm going to start over tomorrow for sure!! I'm going to watch what i eat and make for i get enough exercise Well does anybody know any exercises to loose the fat in your arms besides pushups and lift weights i dont have weights..and i HATE pushups.. but if i have to ill do at least 15 a day and ill do 50 crunches probably more though. Ill do 100-200 jumping jacks and i will jump on the trampoline at least an half an hour to an hour and ride my bike for a while... I want to shape up in my stomach arms theighs... Any tipss pleaseeee. I plan to loose 20 lbs by sept 6th.. Do you guyz think i can??? i hope so and i hope i stick to my goal... wish me luck ill need lots thankz. and sorry bout the mess up on the other post... -Montana

Alright well I've been doing pretty good exercising mon-fri every day at lunc oding like 30min cardio and then situps!!! definitely a lot more then what I did in the past which was nothing!! So I'm pretty proud of myself for that. I've also been trying to eat smaller portions and healthier. Last weekend me and the b/f and his parents went to fridays and I was soooo good...where I usually get the chk fingers and fries I got the grilled chk and shrimp!!! And instead of mashed potatos got a salad!! Unfortunately today I kinda messed up though...I had cereal for breakfast w/fruit which wasn't bad but then they had bagels at work so I just had a bagel w/butter....it was soooo yummy though...but i figure i'll make that my lunch and maybe havea piece of fruit and save my salad w/chicken for dinner tonight in order to keep my calories low. Only 32 more days till my trip and 8 more pounds to go!!!! After finals next week I'm going to kick up my workout routine an notch and try to exercise 2 times a day 2 times a week!!! Goodluck to everyone!!!!! Keep up the hard work
