Ht. 5'7, Wt. 170 - ok it pisses me off so much the way some of you reply to messages...people are here for help and to get answers for their questions. For example, a few pages back i made a topic about how i only ate 250 calories and if that was healthy b/c i wasnt hungry. So i get some responces saying it was a stupid question and that i was startving myself...which is completely ridicoulous, i would never starve myself. I dont eat that little everyday, i ususally eat around 700-800 calories a day. And for those who say eating little doesnt help you lose weight, your wrong, it works..i lost 20 pounds from doing that. Also ive been reading some responces and some people are not helping other peoples situations. You should be trying to help. and dont say stuff like Y DO U EAT SO MUCH? I DONT EAT THAT AMOUNT OF STUFF IN A WEEK! i mean, please..be a little more supportive. thats all i need to say....this isnt towars everyone.

Ht. 5'4", I hate this. I felt so good today. I worked actually worked out and then I went and added up all the food I ate, which I knew wasn't going to be good, but I didn't think it was going to be this bad. I went swimming for an hour and took a 10 minute bike ride, then I got home and added up my calories. I ate a whole 3700 calories!! I can't believe it. I'll do better tomorrow. 1200-1500 range here I come. Wish me luck and any tips would be helpful. Thanks, Mac.

Ht. 5'1, Wt. lets say 150 - well the washing machine man is here and im locked in the computer room because i have pjs on and i cant go out being im not wearing the correct undergarments. So anyway, im going on a 6 mile walk once this loser leaves. Then I am going to go swimming because its hot out and i miss swimming. I just cant wait to get active again, it so sucked not moving in north carolina. Well, ttyl

Ht. 5 2, Wt. 271 - hey guys!! i haven't been on in a month!! wowsers...welll to start off i am doin horrible!! i was 243 b4 i left on vacation i canme bac yesterday afternoon 271!!! i went to the gym on the cruise but it was buffet after buffet...help please now my eating habits are all destroe and im used to have like a huge dessert...i went on a month long cruise help

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 160ish - hey guys.well i know katrina is supposed to be the first one to post..but i wont be able to do it later so i hope its ok i start.
anyway brek: kashi bar and 1 tbs. of Peanut butter (250 cals)
lunch: toast with tuna, broccoli (200 cals)
snack: pria bar (110 cals)
dinner: turkey sandwich and baked chips (about 400 cals)
and for dessert tonight ill have sugar free jello or something
for excirsice i played tennis for an hour and did a strenght training workout..also im prob. gonna end up running around and playing tag and stuff tonihght

Ht. 5'1, Wt. 170 - DONT READ THE POSTS B4 THEY ARE GARBAGE!!!!!! i messed up!! Anyway Ht. 5'1, Wt. 170 - Well I'm going to start over tomorrow for sure!! I'm going to watch what i eat and make for i get enough exercise Well does anybody know any exercises to loose the fat in your arms besides pushups and lift weights i dont have weights..and i HATE pushups.. but if i have to ill do at least 15 a day and ill do 50 crunches probably more though. Ill do 100-200 jumping jacks and i will jump on the trampoline at least an half an hour to an hour and ride my bike for a while... I want to shape up in my stomach arms theighs... Any tipss pleaseeee. I plan to loose 20 lbs by sept 6th.. Do you guyz think i can??? i hope so and i hope i stick to my goal... wish me luck ill need lots thankz. and sorry bout the mess up on the other post...
