Hey Everyone! Well I did really bad today! LoL! Don't wanna talk about it or repeat it so yea. Oh well it was a free day. Tomorrow is June 1st. New Day, New Month, New Plan. I still have to work that out. LoL! Hmm I do know that I am gonna get up and the morning and go for a run. Its been awhile but it will definetly start my day off good. Hi guys, I don't know if any of you still remember me, I'm guessing not but I'm here to say sorry, last time I posted anything here, I think I hurt quite a few people and got a few nasty replies. Sorry, I didn't know what happened but you guys weren't happy with it. I'm not overweight, at least not alot but I'm really short, I know this is a site about weight but I can't find a height site. If any of you have any tips on growing taller I'd really appreciate it if you could give me a few tips on growing taller and please don't tell me to go basketballing, I suck at it, does swimming work? Or social dancing? Aerobics? Help!

hey Steve, first boy i have heard on here. Anyway, I am not really over weight but I want to be healthy. good luck. if you want some results, i will tell you. I just got here from Italy and wasn't over weight. know, I am because i came here. it was sad and not good. I go to Italy all the time and going to be moving there and I hope everything works out!!!! my first day.. i did really good for breakfast and lunch and then it kind of went downhill from there.. but my boyfriend gave me some weights i can workout with tomorrow! good luck with your goals you guys!

I want to loose about 70 pounds total, but my short term goal is 30 pounds. Do you think I could posibly loose this by September? Just curios. I weigh 196 now about and want to weigh 120. I'm only 5'1'' so I should weigh around 120. I would need to loose about 2-3 pounds a week to do that. Well thanks for reading!!

I did HORRIBLE today...3 ice creams, lots of crackers, and an apple....haha jeez. I'm too full to eat dinner so I will try to do better tomorrow :(

Hey Everyone! I just wanted to thank you for all the support you've given me! I've lost 99 pounds as of today! one more pound to go. If I can loose weight anyone can. It's taken me almost a year on the dot, but it's so worth it in the long run! don't give up and remember to stick to it. Even if you think you want that bowl of Ice Cream or those couple of cookies, wait a little bit and see if the craving goes away, it really worked for me. I dont know what to do. Right my bf is a year above me. He says he loves me but all his friends say other things like he keeps saying how much he doesnt like me and that hes annoying and tries to look up other girls skirts and that he kissed his ex - he said he didnt.
