I just would like to mention something. I don't feel safe on this website anymore. I used to think i could come here and see people with similar problems as me. No, thats not the case at all. I come and see obese people wanting to get muscular bodies before getting thin, people congratulating others on eating only a piece of chicken and sandwich for their days meal, people cheering for others who went from normal weight to underweight (a size 8 to a size 0??? THIS IS NOT HEALTHY!) people telling other people advice that doesnt even work for themselves, people lying, people accusing others of lying. I thought this website would help me. For a week it did. Now I can't take it. Ray Ray, I'm sorry, but you were the last straw. Goodbye forever. Best of luck.

ok..i am not really that fat..but im going into highschool and all my friends are hott and skinny...and i am gaining a TON of muscle right now..and am 5'6 and 140 lbs. i have this problem where i eat ALL the time, and ppl thought it was so cute..and i did 2 untill i started gaining so much..so if i lose it and totally eat 2 much, does ne1 know any techniques on how to either make myself throwup or how 2 fast the calories off? i DONT want ne1 replying with thoses little letters about how its bad 4 me.. omg!!!! okay...havent been here in a while!!! i've gone on the best diet ever! all i did was eat little cals...and GUESS WHAT!!!! i weighed my self for the first time in a month...I LOST 10 POUNDS!!!! omg omg omg i've never lost ANYTHING!!!! i was 235...now i'm 225!!!! ahh! so excided! :))

OmGoodness! Guess what! I lost 2lbs! I'm down to 167! I'm happy if ya can't tell! LoL! But yea I was a madman last night i did 4 ab workouts (each one is 140 different combination of crunches and blah) and like 3 differnt leg work outs and today I feel good!
