OK, i just went shopping at H&M (the only "cheap" store in germany it seems) and got the most adorable shirts for spring/summer. They are my fav color, GREEN. But the catch is that they are sleevless or really short sleeved. If you havent caught my drift by now, i dont have the most beautiful arms, what my mom refers to (but not to mine, shes nice) as "reverse muscles". FLAB! AHHH, SO ppl, that gives me what, like 3 months to tone these babies and get Madonna jelous! Anyone got any good exercises for arms, expecially the underpart of the upper arm, sorry i dont know the name. Thanks!

I'm sorry for posting again, but i have to write. I feel like someone just threw a huge bowling ball into my stomach. Its february, but i cant help thinking about summer. About bathing suits. Last year, I could wear two pieces, but now i really cant. Its just that, I was looking through letters that i had been writing to a friend when she was out of the country, we were both overweight, and i sent her a collage of all these cut outs from magazines that reminded me of both of us. One of the pictures was an adorable two piece, and she bought it for me without me knowing. I told her i hadn't lost weight, and she knew my size, but she gave a bathing suit two sizes too small. She came back stick thin, and i was still the same. She herself told me she hadnt lost any weight, so i didnt feel bad, until i saw her. Hey guys. I'm going to Florida today! I'm in school now. I'm being dismissed at 1145, so one more hour and a half!! I'll be down there for like 10 days so I'm going to diet very well. For breakfast I'll have grapefruit! And I always do atleast 3 hours of exercising a day down there! I hope everyone has a good February vacation!

how long should i walk everyday? does it matter if i walk for a long time or jog for a short time? im sorta confused...so can some one help me? o and also umm is this ok for a daily diet plan breakfast: cottage cheese w/ fruit lunch: salad without dressing dinner: chicken breast and salad or another type of vegitable and for desserts and snack i will have fruit i dunno if thats ok but can some one let me kno?

Heylo again all! Sry bout that biatchy comment up there but I couldn't really help myself I've kinda been in a fighty mood all day. But yea lets see on the good side I lost a pound which is awesome! LoL! Um just fyi I'm now to 169 but the thing is my scale weighs 3 lbs heavy to my doctors scale so I might be 166. Hmmm I'll take the heavier one! Keeps me motivated! Hehe! Um lets see for breakfast I had ritz bitz, I was cravin what can I say (220) then for lunch I had a turkey sandwich (270) and a chocolate chip cookie (??) but yea thats all so far I'm not quite to sure bout dinner. But lets see I'm working on my chem final right so I better blast but I WILL be on tonight unless I get to see my boifriend, he might have work idk, but if not I'll be in the chat k? *muahz*

omgosh i did bad yesterday....will someone tell me about how many calories i had?? for breakfast i had a healthy cereal with skin milk (1 bowl) for lunch i had a lil less than one cup of pina colada slushie and 1 chicken strip....for dinner i had easy mac (1 bowl) about half a handful of doritos, and this is the bad part...SIX chocolate chip cookies...they were normal sized...how many calories do you think that was??? PLEASE LEMME KNOW!

wow- i'm so happy! i gained a lb, but i lost 2% body fat!!! which means that's a whole lb of muscle! yay! and that's only in like 1/2 a week

Hi ya guys i played tenis today and with my dog is this good enough exercise or do i have to do more?I'v hade a realy bad week because i am at home this week from school on midterm you guys in america might not be on mid term yet but i am on midterm because i live in Ireland but i find i do better on a diet when i'm in school because at home i have lods of bad food and in school i dont have my mother saying that i have to have a big lunch when i can just have a helthy sandwich.Dose anyone else find they do better on a diet when their in school? Dose anyone have any good exercises that can be done at home.Thaks so much for your replys it realy helps.

Ok soo, i realized i havent been eating enough calories (it turns out the bread i keep eating isnt 80 calories a slice, its 40, and the turkey i have been eating isnt 100, its 60) so i tried eating a little more today but i feel like i ate too much. for breakfast i had two 90 cal granola bars,for lunch a sandwich that added up to 140 calories and a 100 cal snack pack, for snack i had low fat icecream (just a treat! i never normally have it) that i measure and is like 130 calories, and then for dinner i had a smart ones that was 280 with two pretzel sticks which add up to 110. now i need to add that all up... wonderful... plus whipped cream on the icecream that i forgot, which make 1000. wow i feel a lot better! i still have 200 calories left... i'll eat some fruit (didnt all day because all we had were rotten grapes). Alrite i just had to write this to make sure of myself! im going to go crunch now! -ashka
