Hey everyone, I kinda fell off today but I tried to work it off..Breakfast I had a low fat poptart and milk. Lunch..two small square slices of pizza (cheese) and for dinner I had a small burger no fries. Oh and I had like 5 reeses cups..no fruit today :(..and I did 50 cunches and 200 arm circles..gettin rid of that arm fat :)

Hey everyone,I was readin this article about people who get supper obsesed with weight loss. they spend all their time researching it, thinking about thier next meal, planning a thousand different workout sessions. Anyhow, these people are actually not likely to suceed because they're so focused on planing, but they have such a hard time carying it out but cause they place HUGE restrictins on them selves. No chocolate, no PB, not fat, no chips, no anything. (just cabbage and celery, lol) I get that this site is for support and i visit it almost everyday, just like most of you. But if this description fits you, maybe you should take another look at your current diet. Have you cut every yummy food known to man out of your life, and do you expect yourself to work out 3 hours every day? stuff like that isnt something that anyone is likely to maintain for life. And when you post to this site, dont just write about your slip ups, dont just tell us about how bad you are for eating ice cream or chocolate or fries. u have to be positive, about the healthy lunch you ate, or how you chose water over soda. hi im 5"6.5 and i weigh 190 i would like to get down to 160 by next september and get toned muscles. i need some help so if you could give me advice on eating and exercising plz reply or ask me for my hotmail. and i wss also wondering if i lost that much weight would i have loose skin??(but i can't start exercising for about a month i broke my shoulder about a month ago) and the doctor said i am still gonna grow a lil bit so will this affect the skin thingplz reply hahah thanx

Hey guys.... i am 14, 5'11, 220 pounds i realize that i am VERY overweight but i just can't lose it.... i take dance classes about 3.5 hours a week and i walk about a mile every day (if not more)... i only eat some grapes and a bottle of water for lunch and a sandwhich or something light for dinner. Hey i haven't relaly gotten much of a chance to go ot the gym this week ( 2 days onnly) and i've had fammily over and everything my gpa just passed away and anyway if i eat the samea s normally with my 1200 cals and stuff, will i gain weight this week? or shoudl i cut back a little since my body is used to getting excersize?

what's a way i can like lose 20 pound buy summer (when school gets out and bikni season comes) because my mom bought this really really cute bikni for me when school started last year and then i tried it on and it looked tarrible because all my fat was hanging over and i gained like 30 pounds over this time because i have been depressed about my boyfriend and i breaking up and him still being my friend and i still like him but then he going out with another girl and him changing because of this girl and i need some help and adice (and a lot of it)

Heylo all! Whats goin on? Not a lot here! I hope everyone's V-Day was just super! Mine was filled with chocolate! mwhaaa (evil laugh) LoL! But yea omgoodness my boi friend is like the lead singer of his band right well as a present to me he wrote a song and sang it to me last night! (awwww!) It was so cute but newayz...If people have a problem with me talking bout my personal life please don't yell at me jeez...I don't think I talk bout it that much but w/e! Lmao! Um for the weight thingy I'm staying constant at 168 lbs which is totally fine with me its NOT a gain! But yea I'm still not totally trying I'm just so jammed packed cuz I have my finals next week and I have to get everything done early cuz I'm goin to State Wrestling and we live Wednesday and don't come back til Sunday so I'm sooo buzy trying to get everything done I havn't had any time to work out or blah! Hey, a few days ago someone posted that they stumbled apon a "ana" site, ie, a pro anorexia site. I was amazed, it never even crossed my mind that that type of site would exist. So i googled it, and found some pretty crazy stuff. But what suprised me that most was that a lot of "anas" are trying to find a healthy way to be anorexic. MEANING that they know the risks involved and are trying to continue their life style, heathily. Boy, if that isnt an oximoron that i dont know what is. It seems that a lot of these girls (and some guys) really are stuck. I never considered what anorexia was, besides a fast and detramental way to lose weight. But its more then that, its a total way of life that consists of counting calories every second, livind for lower numbers on the scale, and thinking yourself worthless.
