oh also this is nothing to do with weightloss or though it could be to do with eating but i have a few spots how fast will they go away they r like all red and scabby

We should all be happy with oursevles. That's a major part to being happy in life. Who cares if you're 300 pounds? You're probably beautiful on the inside, and if people can't see that then they're not worth talking to anyway. Sure maybe loosing some weight is healthy for us and a boost to our self esteem, but we should still respect ourselves. Otherwise, why are we tryin to loose the weight????

everytime i post i hardly get a reply.. and i really need help on something.. today i ate soo much and im very disappointed n myself.. but i am thinking of a plan.. should i eat 3 meals and 400 cals per meal.. or 6 mini meals with 200 calories a meal?? please post n tell me which u think is best

Heylo again! Wowza my whole attitude bout not really worrying bout my weight is gonna come back and bite me in the @ss I've gained back 2 lbs! AHHHH! LoL! So yea I wanna get back into it again. Um lets see for breakfast I had 3 mini chocolate donuts (200 cals) um then for lunch my daddy took me out and we went to this bar and grill place and I had half a cheese burger(??) and a lil bit of french fries(??) and a 7-up which I feel so guilty for right now...Empty CALORIES! LoL! But yea I prob won't eat much for dinner just cuz idk LoL! But yea ya know how I'm goin to State next week...well my mom says she'll take me shopping for all new clothes this weekend which is so awesome cuz I am so far beyond broke its not even funny! But yea like its weird I've dropped a pant size and the size I have now is really big but I don't know if I'm small enough to go down another one but yea thats my goal! LoL! Well I'm working on this big final thingy at school so I better get back to that! I'll post lata! *muahz*

TOO JEN.... my best friend sarah did somthing very similar to this workout.... expect jumproping nd dancing to 4 songs on your radio......(i as adding that so we could all lose a little more weight) she lost 45 pounds in 3 months** but you have to stay faithful for this to work.

Hey everyone,whats up? Not much here, well today I think I did okay..for breakfast I had two slices of bacon and scrambled eggs. Lunch I had a can of Chef Boyardi Ravioli, then a orange. For dinner I had 1 baked chicken leg and mac and cheese with water..lots of water all day..then and orange for a snack after dinner.. then I did about 30-35 crunches, 10 pushups and i started doing leg lifts my way and my knee started messing up on me so I stoped after that..how did I do? =)

Okay at my school what should i get at lunch because i cant really pack my lunch i can choose from chicken tenders and tator tots, pizza and tator tots, or chicken sandwiches and tator tots, and then we have another line that has different food each day but it always looks nasty. Should i just not eat lunch?

hii i was 143 on Jan. 1st this year and now i am 136...but sometimes when i weigh myself im like 138?? what happends...like in the same day too.... my nutritionist told me to weigh myself once a week in the morning b/c i will wiegh less. BUT..does anyone have like quotes or phrases that they think of when they are thinking about eating or if they are about to blow their diet over something stupid AND my goal for tommorow is to not cheat @ ALL!!

Hi ya guys do you think it makes any differance in i run half a mile or walk it which one do you think is better?I'm very lucky where i live in Ireland i live in the country side so that means i have less people look at me when i run but i dont have a gmy near buy . I'm one of these people that say i'll start on monday but i'm going to turn that around and start right now .I'm goin to eat 1,200 cals a day and do crunches and run once a day.

o no guys i just had 3 slices of vocellis pizza. i had had 600 calories that day. and i thought each slice was 200 calories!!! it was just cheese with pinneaple only!! i looked on a website and it said that each slice was 260 calories!!! that makes me feel soooooo guilty. what should i do??
