WELL IT FINALLY LET ME POST...This week I did pretty good lost a 1b so that leaves me at 279 from 285..Im very happy :)..Ive been doing my exercises, as many crunches as I can handle. We got dance revolution on PS2 and Its a great cal burner. I Love it, this summer I plan to get into bally or womens workout world. Hopefully I can get off 80lbs by next school year then after that do what I can...replys would be apreciated :)Oh and hopefully everyone has met their weekly goals..Congrats to all!

Hey guys! im so happy right now, yesterday i went to swim practice and went skiing all day so i got alot of physical activity and i ate really healthy for lent. So i came home and weighed myself and i weighed 176.2 which i was so happy about! Then this morning just for the heck of it i weighed myself and i weighed 174.6!!! Oh yeah at my starting weight i weighed 180! im so happy so far! and i havnt even changed my eating habits all that much, i just stopped eating junk food! thats amazing! hi i was wandering im 214 pounds and wear a size 14 jeans and i was curios what would be reasonable what for a girl to wear a size 8 jeans how much should i lose im about 5' 7'' and my grandpa promised me a 2005 jetta if i could get down to 10 a 135 pounds does anyone know where that would possible put me when it comes to size i would like some weight loss tips.do you think giving up chocolate and french fries would help me drop some weight.

YAY I am 170 this week that means i lost 4 pounds this week YAY only about 13 more till my healthy weight which is about 157 YAY I am soooo utterly happy and even after basketball season i will be running outside and stuff and loose more and not let my weight stop at basketball its a bummer that the season is almost over though wwell I will be goin good luck everyone

Hey guys, okay so most of you know lent started on wednesday, and because i take lent VERY seriously when it comes to giving things up, i thought this year i'd really crack down and make myself eat healthy and i got a good friend of mine to join in so we can do it together. He ... doesnt know much about eating healthy so i felt really happy to tell him all about it.. who knows! Anyway! to my question Since wednesday, i lost 4.2 lbs. i just showed my boyfriend my swimsuit ( ON ) to see if he liked it for cancun.. he said it was really cute but i still feel like he thought i looked fat in it!! I need to lose a good 10 more in the nex 3 weeks. hopefully at least like 8 or something!! Ahh i already excersize almost an hour 4 time s aweek at the gym and the whole 1200 cals thing. What else shoud I DO?

Hi! My name is Emily. I'm 5 ft, 2 in and am currently 197 lbs. I've always been overweight; I remember being in 1st grade and being insecure about it. A few months ago when I was clothes shopping, I realized that I could barely find any pants that would fit me (size 17), and all I wanted to do was cry. As for the tops, I haven't been able to fit into tops from the junior section since I was in elementary school. I want to lose weight, not to be be pretty or to be attractive or anything like that, but to just be normal. I hate shopping because nothing I like fits, and I'm tired of constantly wearing baggy t-shirts. I've been trying for over a year to get my mother to schedule an appointment with a doctor so that I may discuss a healthy and permanent way for me to lose weight (I'd like to be a size 10-12). okay- tomorrow i'll be starting some hard-core conditioning for tennis season. does anyone have any really good drills that a single person could do? i'm going to be hitting it against the eall working on my aim and practicing my serv by marking out the right spots on the floor. i'll be running backwards and forwards and from side to side and touching the floor. i'll also be doing strength training and lunges and wall sits. but does anyone have anything very effective?
