well today i was feeling really good about my self because in foods class we made huge chocolate cupcakes with chocolate frosting and everyone in my class were eating themn today in class and i didnt even have one, but then i went to workout and i see all those really skinny girls there and i almost cried because i want to look like them, but i was wondering if this is okay, i did a mile on the elptical and then worked alittle on arms and legs but when i get home i never want to work on abs till after dinner, is it okay to wait till after dinner to do an ab workout? please reply

Hi lent has already started but want you to join my anti-chocolate club. basically u just have to give up chocolate for lent and then see how much we loose. before a post u send on this website saying how much u loose please put "I am in the anti chocolate club" because it would be great :)

hey guys, whats up ive been excerszing about the same but i dont have time to do my 800 crunches so i try to do at least 400 and im proud to say im not eating 500 cal anymore... im eating about 1200!! and im been losing more weight then i have before... good luck yall!

I have a tip for everyone who uses the computer alot for homework/internet. I spend alot of time on it each day, so I tilt my screen up so I have to sit up really straight to see it right. Good posture not only makes you look better, but is really good for you too. It burns extra calories than slouching too.

well i ususally run about a mile on the tred mill each day but it gets boring so i was wondering if i use the eliptical if i still burn the same amount of calories and lose weight

i would suggest to anyone who likes to weight themselves a lot, is not to get a scale that rounds to about .5 or something. it can get some people really depressed if they gain 1/2 pounds, but those scales are so confusing... just get a regular one that only gives whole numbers.
