Hey everyone... I feel like i cant follow my own advice! argh! i just ate 120 calorie icecream (measured) because i couldnt resist it and then i had a nonfat tortilla and that may all sound healthy but i had two granola bars for breakfast(i was STARVING) and a regular lunch but now i feel like im ruining it! im also really fustrated... yesterday was like SUCH a good diet day and i decided i'd weigh myself and i gained half a pound! this is confusing and frustrating me and i need reassurance. or i might just die of shame. :(

Im overweight or so i think . I get so mad when my parants make me eat a big dinner and when people say than I'm not that fat i wheigh 11stone 4pounds.So on monday i'm going to start to exercise and not eat a lot of sweets and crap food is it ok to compleatly cut out all the crap food strate away or should I cut them out slowly. (Note: 1 stone (st) equals 14 pounds.)

Guys, please help me. My family has been going through a really hard time... me and my younger brother found out my father had a drug problem and he had to go to rehab.. so that was an event then when he came home, my mom made him move out, and he moved 2 and a half hours away. And I got so stressed out I kept eating and eating and gained alot of weight. PLEASE let me know how to get back to my normal weight. <3

I have a huge peice of advice for everyone here. I have gone from 147 to 115 ( I'm only 5'2" ) and I only have 5 more lbs to lose until I'm at my goal weight range. I have struggled along the way and I have had my ups and downs. I just stayed positive no matter what and lived in the moment. I didn't wait until I was thin to do the things I love to do, like hang out with friends and go to the movies or wearing a cute outfit, I just bought the bigger size, even though it was depressing. Everyone thinks that when they start a diet, that's it, If they cheat the diet is ruined, If they have one night of pigging out on anything and everything they have to start a new diet. Diets are stupid!!!! Eat what you want but in moderation, Don't tell yourself you can't eat chocolate cake ever again, have it today but don't eat the whole thing. I really do care about overweight people, why? Because I have stuggled with my weight since I was 9 years old, there have been times where I was so thin I had to be put in the hospitals and there were times I got so big I had to buy all new clothes every week. Now I finally got my life together. I wouldn't tell you something I thought would mess up your diets but if you think about what I'm saying and just take my advice, you'll get there...you might not get there by June to wear that bikini but someday if you keep trying, day by day, you'll get there. Everyone here is really determined to get to their goals and that is awesome. You have to really want it to get there and everyone here really wants it. I feel your pain. I'm so proud of myself for making it this far and I know everyone will be in my shoes someday if they take my advice. Everyone, good luck...remember that you are beautiful now and always will be...even if you gained 20 more pounds or 50 at that. Size doesnt matter, your personality is what makes you beautiful, not your body. And if you think otherwise then your an ugly person. Trust me, I knew this girl ( luckly she moved ) She was skinny with big boobs and was probably one of the most beautiful people I've ever seen on the outside, but her personality sucked and nobody wanted to be around her. Okay everyone! i have a problem and i need some help solving it! i am like 230 pounds and im 5ft7.. I REALLY want to lose weight, i need to lose atleast 80 pounds to be back on track.. Last year i took diet pills over the school year and i lose weight but during the summer i gained it back..I tell myself everyday im going to start a diet. but i always fail.. its hard keeping track by myself.. and i dont know what to do.. i need some advice from all of you kind people out there ..If you wanna start a diet together then reply to me and let me know! that'd be soo great! I havent been on here for a very long time! Well I have been successful and a failure with losing weight. I need help, I always do good, then I do terrible. I yoyo diet, all the time and I know that is terrible. I need to lose 30-40 pounds by summer June or beginning of July. So that is like 4-5 months away. k so i'm down to wher ei just wnat to lose those last 10 lbs... but so far its kinda on a plateau, still excersizing 45- hour 4 times a week or 5... 1200 cals of healthy food per day... but i'm just wondering if i dont' step it up will i start gaining?? or will i stay at this rate?? how much more should i do to lose thel ast 10?
