Hey my name is hailey and im 13.I am almost up 2 200lbs!!!! Can someone please give me some suggestions it would really help.Basicly i just need some weightloss tips .Some names of diets that work.Or maybe a lil weightloss plan.Please i am begging you to help my last chance to get into the best dance studio in NYC is going to pass if i dont get down to 120 lbs in 7 months.Again I really need help thanks so much,

hey everyone! yesterday was i bad day let me tell u guys... i went to dance class yesterday and my mum stayed to watch me dance and when i got out of class my mum said, "erica you have really gotten heavy. you are having a hard time getting up your leg because of the fat on yor hips, and your heavyness is throwing off your balance you need to go to the gym. i dont understand why you dont care bout your body!" THE MAIN PROBLEM IS MY MOM DOESNT WANT ME TO GET OBESE LIKE HER AND RIGHT NOW THATS THE ROAD I AM GOING DOWN. before summer i had weighed 97pounds and i am now 122 i am a verry small 5'0 and my mum wants me to go to th gym! my problem is i dont want to admit how fat i have gottin. ANY ONE WHO HAS GONE TO THE GYM I REALLY NEED YOUR ENCOURAGEMENT! THANKS!

ok i weighted 222 pounds before the summer started! i made a promise to myself that i was going to lose weight before the school started so i did im now 155 pound and im planning to lose more! i never went to the gym ! only two weeks wen i started the diet! so i think everybody who is over weight can do it!! i hope the best 4 everybody and when u put something in your mind u can do it! i did! after i lose the weight i want i told myself im going to go to the gym to scolp my body so i can be beautiful! bur remember eat healthy dont over do yourself!

weight 219 pounds and in the past 2 weeks i lost 3 pounds and i don't know why but i think it is because my metabolisim is starting to speed up. Hopefully it is because i am 80 pounds overweight. Also i was wondering if anyone knows a diet i can start besides eat 1500 calories a day. i found this one diet which sounds pretty good and it is for 3 days and you should lose 5-10 pounds that week but then it says don't do it more than 2 times a month. so if i were to do it hopefully i would lose 15-20 pounds a month and i would do it for 5 months to get to a 120 pounds. so somehow hopefully i lose the weight because i like this really cute guy in my junior english class. well thanks bye.

Hey Guy's, I'm 5'3, and overweight... I'm not going to mention how much I weight.. cause thats embarassing.. but I try go on a diet and then in about a few days or a week I give up.. and then a week later I try a new diet... Can anyone give me any advice on how to stop giving up and just do it?

Hey guys. I'd doing a little better weight wise but I still have a while for my goal. I'm 127 and I'm aiming for a 115-120 pound weight range. I've lost weight from 147 but I haven't been able to get past this number. I feel like I'm close and I really want to get to my goal weight. Does anyone have any advice

hey guys..i did HORRIBLE yesterday..really bad..i ate like a whole bag of minature reeces. But..today i think i did good. well..i dont know..you guys can tell me if i did though! breakfast-nutrigrain bar lunch-subway sandwich snack-peach, dinner-clam chowder soup/spinach. i also ran 2 miles and did 200 crunches! so how did i do?!

Check out the food pyramid, I mean honestly, why not? How come everyone is coming up with all these fancy diets, yeah they work but why not use a guideline where you know everything on it is perfectly healthy. The food pyramid wasnt made to help people lose weight, its just something for humans to go by to be healthy. Its pure so use it. No doubt youll feel better.
