ok so if u burn 10 calories an hour doing nothing and there are 24 hours in a day then you burn 240 calories a day?

i am so happy, i stopped myself from making these really yummy cookies that are sooo bad for you. they are like 3 cups sugar 1 cup peanut butter, etc.... i was pouring the sugar in and then i finally realized what i was doing. i am so happpy i caught myself before i ate them, it would have ruined everything!!!!!!

oh my gosh last night i ran a mile and did 100 sit ups. i lost weight now i only weigh 135. i lose weight very fast but my big problem is i gain it even faster. anyway i can keep it off?... like 4ever!

Well I really screwed up now! I'm 131 again. My goal is 125 for school...I was so close...i was 127...God!!! I'm gonna start new tomorrow and try to get there. Good luck everyone

hey. i'm 5'0 and weigh 140. on august 28th i have to dance hawaiian at a fair and that shows off ur stomach which is probably one of the worst parts of my body. i was wondering if anyone had any ideas how i could lose some weight and tone up before then. any advice would be greatly appreciated. =D

OKAY SO I DID REALLY GOOD UNTIL TONIGHT! ALL I HAD TODAY WAS A PROTEIN SHAKE, ONE EGG, AND SOME GRAPES (WHICH I SAID EARLIER) BUT THEN WE WENT TO FRIDAYS AND I ATE A CHICKEN BREAST, AND MASHED POTATOES, THEN ME N MY SISTER SPLIT A CHEESE CAKE, AND THEN AT THE MOVIES I HAD A BUNCH OF POPCORN! GOSH BUT THE ONLY DRINK I DRANK WAS WATER SO...WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK??
