So i went ot the doctors this morning, knowing that i lost some weight i was waiting to here what my doctor was going to say. Well when she is looking at how i grew, she noticed i was 70kg(154 pounds) and now i am 66.5 kg(146 pounds) plus i grew 3 inches. Well she was very suprised as she noticed i was less than i was last year, and said "you shoulnd't have lost any weight, so we must have wrote it down wrong, as 70 kg is awfully a lot". kind of embaressed when she said this, i told her i never thought i lost amy weight, and she said "good, young girls like u don't need to lose weight, u have to accept your body for who u are" and i just smiled and nodded. so she kept the theory that it was just wriiten down wrong. then she told me dad this and he told her i have slimmed down a bit, but once she said 70kg he was blown away and said (even tho it is only 8 more pounds than i am now) wow,... UR PROBABLY THINKING HOLY CRAP I CAN NEVER DO THAT WELL IF I CAN U CAN!!!! UR STOMACHE IS ONLY AS BIG AS UR FIST (EVERY PEROSN HAS DIFFERNT SIZE FISTS) THAT IS VERY KEY MAKE SUR EU EAT NO MORE THAN THE SIZE OF UR FIST!!!THIS DIET WORKED FOR ME CONIUNE THIS FOR A MOTNH AND ULL SEE RESULTS ITS EASY NO FANCY PILLS NO FANCY OILS OR CRAP IT WORKS!!!

gosh...is swear restauraunts are the worst! okay so today i woke up and had a protein shake (only 210 calories) for breakfast. Then me and my sister had some errands and we went to bennigans and we split a turkey otule and i had a bunless burger pattie (which seperatly those two are healthy and not that fattening, but when i eat BOTH, yeah...)and i had broccoli which is good i guess. then we ordered ths big huge ice cream thing and split it. then we went to friday's for dinner and i had fettutini alfredo (shared with sis) w/ chicken..and a virgin strawberry dacari, and then we ordered desert again! this oreo ice cream chocoloate thing (very fattening!) and i didnt get a chance to run today or do any cardio, i just did SOME crunches and lunges and lifted some 8pound weights. so tell me what you guys think!

Hey, I have a question. I have this "pouch" thing right under my belly botton, or it starts at my belly botton. I do crunches at night...but it just won't go away. Are crunches better than situps like people say? And do you know of any good exercises for the tummy pouch?

I go on weightwatchers.com and read the success stories, they are really great! I am on a weight plateau right now, but I think I am going to start running a mile in the morning before the "hectic" day starts and an hour after dinner. Is this a good idea?

I helped buy the pizza that we ordered from pizza hut, I payed like 9 dollars, and I only ate one piece! But I don't want to eat any more, tomorrow I am going to be eating A LOT ne way b/c of the fair, but I am going to walk A LOT and march in the parade!

Hey everyone! I have stayed hame alone all summer and its really hard to exercise. There are no kids in my neighborhood to do anything with. I end up sitting on the couch watching tv half the time. I am 5'5 and weigh 130 pounds. I know that i am not that overweight, but i want to lose a couple of inches. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Breakfast-1/2 bagel with light cream cheese,plum, orange juice. Lunch-small bowl of kraft dinner made with no butter and skim milk, carrot sticks, glass of skim milk. Snack-1 double fat free creamsicle Supper-some chicken, rice, peas and a glass of skim milk. Exercise-cleaned room for over an hour, 50 crunches, 50 reverse crunches, 300 jumping Jacks. 10 glasses of water. How do u think i did?

been runnin at least a mile or 2 a day...wake up drink a slimfast go 2 cheer practice for 4 hours everyday then come home n have a meal (w/e i feel like eatin) then go oyt wit friendz then go 2 sleep n wake up 2 do tha exact thang ova agen...itz keepin me in good shape cuz 4 practice we do taebo, running, n ab work outs tha whole time :) oh im gettin tested 4 ADD 2morrow...how do they test u 4 that?? <3
