why do u all wanna lose weight like ur top reasons. mine r to be normal, wear clothes that i wanna wear. to look gud. feel more confident. maybe even get a boyf. i also want a social life. atm im stuck in a circle. i dont wanna go out cos ive grown outta most of my nice clothes so i stay in get bigger and feel worse. it sucks i have 2 break this circle. i have 2 lose 2 stone to fit into the clothes i have that r nice. and about 10 pounds to fit bk into my jeans properly. im on atkins so in like 2 weeks i shld be able to fit into my jeans. anyway gud luck :-)

people when you strave yourself you matablizm slows down and we dont want that cause the faster it is the easyer it is to lose weight just some advise cause i have read some post that say you dont eat breakfast and thats the most important meal cause thats like right after you wake up and you havent eaten for like 8 hours and your body needs food! for the rest of the day even a half of a apple helps..

I am not overly overweight but i do want to lose about 20 pounds... i have 4 weeks until school starts so i want to lose at least some weight before then...i am 5'3" and weight 127...so i want to be 105-107...how long do you think it would take me to lose that much....i have cheerleading this coming week and i am going on vaction right after and my hotel has a gym so that will help alot too! thanks ~MeGaN~

My dad won't let me continue with the Atkins diet, Cause all the meat and crap is costing too much, So does anyone know a diet that I might be able to try? thanks.

i've been eating healthy for a week, but im kinda scared to look at the scale. i have had 1,200 calories every day, and i know that i will get frustrated with myself if i didn't loose anything. im thinking of just not going on the scale at all but trying on my jeans and see if they fit, good idea????????????

I went camping from sun-today and we ate a whole bunch! It was really bad! But I am going to be marching for band thurday and friday and all of next week and some of the next. I am also going to workout w/ my mom probably 3-4 times each week and I am going to try to get my bike out of the garage. Also I am going to start eating really healthy and have bad food every 3 days. If I stay under 1400 calories and do all these excersizes, can I lose 10 pounds by August 30th? I start school then and I really want to lose some more weight. I am 5'7 and I weighed 183 last time I weighed. Plz reply~

This is the first day of my holiday at home(I went on a trip with the school to Germany) and I have decided to look at myself really closely and think...do I like the way I am? The answer to that question is...no, it's not only to do with the overweight thing, though that has somthing to do with it....it's my attitude towards life, I just live each day as it goes on, I don't care about work, I care about boys and computer games. Of coarce I will still care about boys, i've got mark to think about, (he's my boyfriend) but he will not be all I think about(that doesn't mean I don't love him) I will think about work more and take more care of my apperence(weight and stuff you know) and then I will go back to school with my head held high, not too high that I trip though. Any suggestions on how I can improove myself??

OMG!!!I made it you guys...I made it!!! I'm 129 pounds. I'm finally below 130 and I feel great. I'm only 4 lbs away from my goal of 125 for school. Then I won't have to far to go at all for my goal of 112-117. Thats all!!! I'm so happy. I'm now a healthy weight so to say. The highest you can be at 5'1" to be a healthy weight but a healthy weight. Thanks for all of the support everyone. It means so much to me. Chels

yesterday i woke up feelin kinda sick...didnt have breakfast....went out 2 dinner/lunch n had advacado rolls (2) n a ceaser salad wit grilled chicken....then they found out it wuz mi bday n i ate one cookie that they gave me :) ....i didnt eat nethin else but i did drink sum wine.... 4 mi bday then passed out haha.....at least i ate pritty good 4 tha day!....<3

Hey Everyone...I am 5'3 and I weigh 135.8 and I want to weigh 115 b4 school starts in about month...do you think that is possible if I eat healthier(absolutly NO fast food), run an hour a day, and do an abs work out? I am also in a softball camp right now and that is an awesome work out and next week I go to marching band camp so that will be an excersize and then the week after that I have another softball camp. ok, im starting my diet tomorrow! (i didnt start today, cause its tuesday, i figured id do it on monday wedsnday or saturday, so yea) WISH ME LUCK! oh yea, and im also gonna run for about an hour a day (about 40 minutes, cause once around the park is about 20, so im gonna do it twice a day) =D -crosses fingers-
