Hey Guys! Well all this week I have been really good on my diet and exercise. I have even eaten different dinners than my family because they are to fatening. I will be going to work-out in about a half an hour. I really wanna lose atleast 10 more pounds by Aug. 30. That is when school starts. Good Luck Everyone

o no i just ate an another snickers bar!! why cant i stop? by the way.. my parents bought the snickers in bulk so i cant stop eating them. thats 4 for today :( :( :(

Hi all, I was just wondering if what all I ate today sounds okay. I know I probably could have done better, but oka well. BREAKFAST: nothing(yeah I know, but I'm not hungry in the mornings and I was running late for work) LUNCH: About 1/3 pound of oven roasted turkey breast(about 150 calories) and a Diet Vanilla Coke SNACK: A banana coloda juice drink(5% juice and about 215 calories) DINNER: About 1/3 pound over roasted turkey breast(again about 150 calories) and a cup of Chai tea(no calories) with some no fat vanilla creamer(which was about maybe 50 calories) SNACK: A piece of blackberry upside down cake(fresh blackberries, made with a yellow cake mix, no oil, 2 eggs, and no cal fake sugar....don't know how many calories, maybe 300, somewhere around there) and a Diet Vanilla Coke. Over all around 900 calories.....I know that doesn't sound like that much, but I'm never really hungry,... (view more)

MissyK- you're 18 and weigh 110? That sounds really good (if not even a little low), in one of your posts you said you drink like 20 glasses of water a day? Wow, I could never do that! I tried drinking more water and I had to go to the bathroom like every 10 min. What else have you been doing to lose weight?

Yay I don't have to work today! This morning I weighed in at 110lbs...and I started from 120lbs. Here's some ADVICE: drink 5 big glasses of water before every meal (or just dinner). That way you'll be too full to eat. Also, I know alot of us are binge eaters here...so we don't stop eating until it HURTS, right? WELL...I know this sounds psychotic, but I've been drinking water until it HURTS so I feel that kind of satisfaction without eating calories. Also, water flushes everything out, so you're lighter on the scale! Makes you feel good, you know? For me, I drink about 20 glasses of water a day and it keeps me full. Just make sure not to jump after, or you'll throw up. ~~MissyK~~

i have a huge problem when i binge. lets say that i went over by 2 pieces of pizza, not that bad right??? well, for some reason i can't stop there, then i go on to eat ice cream and cake and chips. i keep telling my self i should have stopped at the pizza, but for some reason i can't. maybe its because i think since i've already messed up, i might as well just forget the whole diet????? can somebody pleasssssse help me so i won't do it again in the future!!!!

me again im starting my diet right now im not doing it for school im doing it for my self but i only have 13 days to speed up my metabolism because thats when i start school but im sticking to my diet i had a bad morning but im not gonna let that stop me tomorrow im gonna run a mile and do denise austins burn your female fat zones video as well sound good?

hey everyone my names jenna the first week of summer break i got put in a mental institution for depression so they put me on this medication that made me gain twenty pounds in like two weeks because it slowed down my metabolism any help i know how to speed up my metabolism i just need support..

I ran today for my second time, I did a 10 minuet mile, I hear thats reall good for a beginer. I love working out, I get such a rush! I am goin again tomaro, I cant wait untill Homecoming and all that good stuff! I wil keep you all posted on my progress.

ok, i wanna get one of those exercise videos/ dvd's, but my brothers will probably laugh at me, i can usually ignore it, but it might distract me, do you have any tips for me? =S

I did really bad today! I had like 4 homemade rice crispy treats for breakfast, 3 hotdogs, 2 w/ buns and ketchup and one w/ nothing, 3 pieces of pizza (the cardboard kind) and a chocolate chip granola bar. My mom is going to get me some healthy food b/c I am going to be at the house that I babysit most of the day tomorrow. I have to go to band camp from 9-12! But, I will hopefully get a little bit of excersize from that, but we are just starting learning the field show stuff, so I don't know. Post if you have any suggestions!

ok i got my idea planned for tommorow i will wake up do situps ( 15) 10 crunchies then in day time i will play basketball swim and ride my bike and at night i will do 20 situps and 15 crunchies. ho does this sound to everyone
