Hey if anyone wants to know how to excerise and tone your body http://www.lhj.com is a great site. It has a slide show showing how u should work out they have Pilates on there if anyone would like to know how to do those. :))

ok my weight goal is 100 but i weigh 165 and i need some exersises and stuff i can do to loose the weight as fast but as healthy as possible

hey,My mom and I just ordered sparklets water U know how they bring it to yourhome. Well we are just going to drink water no soda no nothing just water for the month then weigh in and see how much we lost even a pound is good. I read you can lose 25 pounds a year just by drinkin water.:))

OMG!!! I'm 131 today!!! I can't believe it! I know I can do this! My School Goal is 125 and I have a feeling I'll get there because I have a whole month before school starts to lose 6 lbs. I think I can do it. In total I've lost 16 lbs. To me that's pretty good. My advice to everyone here.... # 1 think positive and love yourself for who you are now...# 2 Don't do a fad diet ( eat what you want but don't over do it )... and # 3 be active...you don't have to exercise...just get out there and have fun...do things with friends enjoy life Good luck everyone I'll keep you updated. Lately I haventhad any energy to get up and go run. I feel tired.Does anyone have any special ways they boost there energy? or should i take a daily Vitamin?

Help, my friend is bulimic, she's about 180 pounds I think, and she told me her bf doesn't like her and she wants to be skinny so he will stay with her. I know this is not the bulimia bulletin board but this is where I always post about my weight problems, and I was wondering if any of you have researched bulimia and can tell me how it's unhealthy and doesn't work so I can tell my friend. Please help. p.s. I stayed under my calorie limit today :)!

Here is some advice for those who want it. I have tried a lot of diets and yeah a couple have worked, but then I gain the weight back or I gain a lot more. I have found that a diet like atkins, south beach, grapefruit diet, slimfast diet, and all those they have foods that you have to eat. Which may work for some people, but if you are like me you get sick of it and dont stay on very long. What we need to do is just cut portion sizes, cause on all of those diets, you have to eat less in order to lose weight, I mean slimfast your eating their food but you have to eat like 1,200 calories a day, so whats the different of just eating healthy, you dont have to drink your meals...(Click here to view rest of message).

I just got back from vacation...I'm 132 now...all the way down from 147. I feel great. 3 more pounds and I'll be 129 which will be considered a healthy weight and height. my goal weight is 112-117 so I still have a ways to go but I feel so happy right now that I'm actually doing it. I hope everyone is doing good. Chels

hey i have a question if you're really good all week with eating right and exercising a lot, but then you go one day and mess up will that affect you a lot? like ALL last week i did great! i had 3 meals a day, and thats it. and they were good portioned sized meals. and i exercised EVERYDAY for like an hour. then today i had to go to my little cousins birthday party at chuckie cheeses lol and i had 2 slices off pizza. now i feel horrible! will that screw my diet up? thanks!

I did bad for breakfast! But I am going to do good for the rest of the day and if I do, I am going to go get a magazine and some gum, that always makes me happy, plus my mom and I are going camping sun-tues and I will need something to read, and we are going to the store to get stuff for it tonight!
