2day i woke up...ate one doughnut....then round 3:30 had 2 advacado rolls n 2 chicken taquitos n a diet pepsi...then i went 2 tha mall n had anoth diet pepsi...god i love eatin un healthy haha....i did run this mornin tho n since yesterday i lost 1.5 lbs...mi weight iz like a yoyo...i hate that

i went to go school shopping yesterday.....for clothes, and it was horrible....every item of clothing i tried on, my stomach stuck way out, and everything was too short, b/c i am 5'10"...if i was skinner, i wouldnt mind if it was too short, i want to lose as much weight as possible (Healthy or not) by winter....but i DO NOT (I REPEAT) DO NOT....want to starve myself....i weigh 210....i want to weight 110-130

Well today I'm 113lbs, so I'm pleased with myself. I started at 120lbs, after all. But I think I might have lost weight because I sweat so much today! THis is how I did today: breakfast~toast and nectarine Lunch: teriyaki chicken and rice. Dinner: 2 Mcdonalds sundaes I ate SO much today, didn't I?! ~~MissyK~~
