to everyone who is thinking about/about to begin/already doing atkins, i really don't reccomend it. i did it for two weeks and i lost 8 pounds, i was so happy and excited, but it really is not all its cracked up to be. atkins is not a diet that you do for 2 weeks, 2 months, or even 2 years... its a lifetime commitment. when i decided to not do atkins for one day, i gained everything back plus 2 pounds!!!!!! do you really wanna spend the rest of ur life counting carbs??? and who would want to deprive their bodies for fruits and grain, which is what it needs.... im not talking about chocolate covered strawberries and white bread, of course those are bad for you!! what im talking about is regular fruits and wheat bread. atkins is a very hard way to live and i don't reccomend it. the second you cheat on it, it knocks your body out of ketosis. so just listen from someone who has experienced it and don't try it unless you want it for life. thanks so much for listening and hope i helped!!!!! good luck!!!!

i know that green tea is really good for you, but does it have to be ordinary plain green tea?? or can it be like turkey hill green tea with honey and stuff?????? will it have the same affect on you?

Im such a retard i say im gunna diet and i got so depresses i ended up eating candy,i ended up getting sick though so i havent gained any weight just lost three pounds. . . so far.

Is fluff healthy? It says it's lowfat and only has 60 calories for 2 tablespoons, which is less than jelly. is it better to have fluff?

Why is it that so many of the healthy cerials have more calories than the unhealthy ones? L:ike cocoa puffs have less calories than basic 4 (as in 4 nutrients) cerial which is healthy and low fat.

omg i went to a buffet nd pigged out so much. i was so full but i 8 way more than i shood hav nd ruined my diet 4 today. i got home realli guilty nd frustrated so i walked on the treadmill for 3 miles nd burned off 400 calories. do u think that wouldve helped but still ruined my diet 4 today

Man, I'm really disgusted with the way I look. I feel really fat today. Oh well. I hope everyone else is doing good on their diets and whatnot. Good Job! I still can't get motivated enough to exercise. If you guys are going splurge on your diet. Try eating low carb ice cream. It tastes the same as regular Ice cream. wEll. GOod Job eveRyone.

ok well i am not doing to good on this weight loss thing i have gained and lost the same 5 pounds this summer so i went shopping and i got a bunch of good clothes so my goal now instead of loosing alot of weight or something is to start excersiing and make sure i look ok in my clothes even thou i would like to be a size smaller i would be happy to just look good in the size i wear so i might try to loose like 5 pounds but mainly just concentrate on accentuating (however u spell it) my body i mean it is that bad!! well i wish every one luck.......

I worked a 10 hour shift. I'm SO tired. This is how I did today. B: toast and nectarine Lunch: BIG bowl of rice and porkchops D: diet coke. I felt so guilty about lunch...so I had pop for dinner. I'm actually not hungry at dinner anymore. ~~MissyK~~

HEY! Everyone that responded before about me, I wanted to let you know that the whole thing with the babysitting is over! There was a huge family fight that I had to quit. Now I will be able to get plenty of exercise in and actually have time to count my calories and fat. I am finally going to start running in the morning again.
