hey everyone greatt job. i have basketball camp this week and just from all that exercise ive already lost 3 pounds! exercise people is the key. the diet that is 100% gaurenteed to work: burn more calories than you consume. always works. and if you make your on pizza instead of ordering it, it will have 150-300 less calories, depending on where you normally order your pizza. also, any type of tea has hardly any calories and speeds your metabolism like crazyy. also lol if you put your house thermometer 3-5 degrees lower, you can burn up to 150 calories throughout the day because your body uses much more energy to keep you warm. good luck everyone!

I did pretty well yesterday, until...dinner after my dog ate my healthy sub sandwich...then all we had was fajita chicken and i put cheese on it and ihad milk...does this sound okay??

ive battled my weight for the longest time and at one point i lost bout 25 pounds.. i am now 5 foot 6 and about 156 pounds. i want to get down to atleast 140 before school starts in like 6 weeks. what is a quick way to lose all the weight?

i know people who are fat, and all they do is insult skinny people, and make them feel terribal... they call them anorexic, and sticks, and ugly... and i just really think that that is really mean... i may not be skinny, but i dont hate people who are,,,, is there anyone here who doesnt like skinny people...

I'm 5'3 and 140 lbs. I just want to lose like 20 or 30 pounds, but I have absolutely NO idea WHAT to eat...I dont have a problem with overeating becoz I can turn down bad food like chips, cake, cookies, etc...but I do have a problem with nutrition. since I dont know what to eat, I only eat like a few things every day. I want to know what I'm REALLY supposed to eat! I'm afraid that undereating will cause me to gain weight...I'm scared...:(

Hey guys. I really need your help! I am 5' 4.5" and nearly 190 pounds. My parent's wedding (they are getting remarried) is in 36 days. My dress is a bit snug. I was wondering if you could give me any tips on how to tone up and maybe loose some weight by then. I know I can't loose excessive weight in that amount of time so please don't respond saying that my goal is unreasonable. I'm not expecting a lot from this, but anything to boost my self confidence would be great since I am performing at the wedding too. well this morning i weighed myself again another 2 pounds gone and people i seriouesly think this is a good diet...http://www.fitnessinfomercialreview.com/6weekbodymakeover.htm there is the website if you want to see that the maker has to say....and my mom when she ordered ask the person on the other line if there is a age limit and well he said no becaus you are just eating healthier and the exercise might be intence but it says in the book to walk atlesat 15 minutes a day or even more youll have soo much energy! and really guys i have been over weight all my life and never managed to lose even 1 pound and now i have lost 5! in just the matter of 3 days! and you are not straving yourself at all!!!!!

Today i was trying to eat healthy so we went to souper salad and i ate a salad, but then ther ewas a BUNCH of other good stuff...like pizza bread n blueberry bread and strawberry and shortcake, and 3 small bowls of ice cream with sprinkles

People, I did terrible yesterday, and today, I feel so awful. I feel like I have gained a couple of pounds, and the last two weeks I was doing so good. Now I feel so depressed.
