Ah shoot!! Today i totally overate again, and i just stepped opn the scale and i weigh 5 more lbs than i did yesterday.. i understand that it could be waterweight but ohhh gosh i hope the needle goes back down! lol i'm just a worrier.. i have to stop this. Okay, im going to be good and not eat the rest of teh day. Wow. Mess up!!

I did bad for breakfast, I had 3 pieces of french toast w/ syrup! But, I am going to excersize a lot today and probably not eat very much for lunch and if I do, it will be healthy food!

well i have been runnin for about a month and a half and my thighs are not gettin any muscular....i feel like they have slimmed down by probably an inch or so...but i still see jiggle...especially in the inner thigh what can i do...please HEEEEELLLP...how long will it take to see results if i do inner thigh exercises...i want to look good for when i go back to school next month and for my vacation...i only have 5 weeks left...is that enough time???

Hey ya'll.I just want you to know that you can succeed the best thing you can do is to remember how very important you are and never stop loving yourself no matter how unhappy you are with your body. The only true success comes when you love yourself and believe you can do it. And don't forget that there is so much more to life than losing weight! How you look does not define the person that you are. By all means follow a health and fitness program, but don't forget the rest of your life. Bury yourself in things you love, heck, you can even develope some new hobbies. The main thing is just have fun and be yourself before you know it the pounds will come off.

HEY i weighed in this morning and i've lost 5 lbs now YESSSSSS!!!! now i weigh 141 lbs... now just 11 more to go until aug 20...do you all think that is possible???...hopefully i can do it...cuz i would really like a change to go back to school and especially because im going on vacation on the 21st of next month...

i now do 100 crunches before and after meals. If I don't lose weight, I guess I will be okay with it as long as i don't have rolls, which is why i am doing this.

i ate a bananna for breakfast, but then i was still hungry so i ate a 530 calorie chocolate snack pie. well i ate half of it, so i guess its not bad. maybe i'll eat the other half later, its better than eating it all at once right? cause if i did that i would probably end up snacking later too. lunch will be pizza bread will peppers.

hey evverybody! i hope u all are doin great!! about two weeks ago i started this progam at one of the hospitals here an they teach u healthy eating an exercising an we even do exercises during the class. the last class we used those big balls (i think sum ppl would kno them as the pilates balls) and omg let me tell u they are soo awesome. its really amazing how many muscles u can work with i think. i was really sore the next day an i was totally siked. so far this summer i havent lost any weight like i was planning on. i wanted to lose 20 to 30 lbs by the time school starts sept. 1 an i tried the slim fast diet an for about a week to two weeks i was doin good but it was just too restrictive for me an i always felt like i was missing somethin. this class im in now teaches us all about portion control and let me tell u my protions were no where near right but im doing alot better. they... Hey you guys, I haven't been here in ages. If you've been here long enough, you may have seen my posts: I've lost 5 lbs! I'm on a diet! ect. You see, every time i went on a diet, i gained it all or most of it back. This time, i've found something that i can do forever. You see, I'm a big fan of full meals, so I eat 500 calorie meals (aprox. 475-525) See, when i eat this much at a meal, it keeps me full. I don't snack, unless it's between lunch and dinner (so I'll have some lunch meat or cheese that will tide me over for about 70-110 cals.) This way, I only have 1,461-1685 cals a day. It's a diet for me, but's it's not because the merals keep me full. My dad told me that now we're only going to eat three meals a day. I am on a workout plan that is easy for me to follow too. i know this may seem extreme to some people but I am very motivated to lose weight. For my diet part, for 6 days a week i will eat 1200 calories from healthy foods, on the 7th day of each week I will still have 1200 calories but work a mcdonalds mcflurry or piece of pizza or the like into the calorie limit. For exercise I am going to workout 6 days a week. For 3 days I am going to ride my bike 16 miles with a friend (8 miles up to a school and 8 miles back) and do a workout video, for the other 3 days I am going to swim laps for an hour and do the workout video. How does this sound? I know the obvious awnswer is extreme but I hope to stick with this plan for at least 8 weeks and then chart my progress. Please leave comments,tips, ect on this plan. plus I need a WEIGHT LOSS BUDDY FOR A 16 YEAR OLD GIRL THATS ABOUT 175 LBS AND 5'5 PANT SIZE 12/16 depdning on jean type....thanks
