Hey I have a great tip I have heard that running helps u loose ur boobs so for the guys with man boobs just start running and that can even be on a treadmill till u feel comfortable with goin outside and then girls if u dont like ur size boobs cuz u get too much attention from theguys just run and it is also great for looseing fat other places but i just heard it shrinks ur boobs well see ya round.

Hey guys, I'm back on track :) I'm so pleased, and it gets easier every day. For my diet, I stay under 2000 calories each day and for excercise I go swimming. I've been trying to eat slow so I get full faster, I just ate a bowl of soup and I got full from half a bowl and normaly I still feel hungry after an entire bowl. Yay!I don't know my exact weight though, or if i've been losing, our scale keeps changing his mind about how much I weigh so I don't trust it.

i have realized that i am overwieght, but i will never be a size 3 and i am happy of the way i am ...that doesnt mean that i am gona stuff my face wit junk food ( i am gona try to cut back on what i eat)..but i am not gona kill my self trying to be and look something i am not..i am 167lbs, and i am not ashamed of my fat!!

I'm going swimming tomorrow morning, really early as soon as it opens, I'm hoping there'd be less ppl there then, I can't wait, I tried on my costume and it didn't look as bad as I thought it did, so I can't wait to go! I used to love swimming before I got embarrassed to go! :) :) :) Hopefully I will still love it and this will be a form of exercise I like so it won't be hard to go and do it. Sorry to be repetative but, Can't Wait!!

hey here's a great idea to stay motivated. cut out pictures from magazines of like model's or like "your future body" i say. like one picture for every pound you loose. then print out the weight number. so like on picture would say 148, then 147 and so on until your goal. then for every pound you loose stick that picture on you wall where you can see it. that way you stay motivated and still decorate your wall at the same time. so far for me i have 3 pictures on my wall cause i've lost 3lbs since i've started this fantastic idea. you guys should do it to. all you need is a magazine and tape!

do you need to do cardio to loose weight and also if u do a lot of sit ups does your stomach really start to look bigger from it if your not loosing weight

yeah i'm so happy. today i weighed myself and i was 145. which means i have 43pounds till my goal. also i've lost 15lbs so far since joining blubberbuster. and this year i've lost 27lbs and i'm really proud of myself.

hey i need some advice. i now weigh like 147 and still want to loose like 17 more lbs this month. but i'm having a hard time getting motivated. mainly cause i weigh my self in the morning and then the next day i either go up a pound or two, but it seems impossible to gain that much in one day. and i'm exercising for at least and 1hour a day but it's just not working. any suggestions? thanks a ton :)

ok i posted late last night....about this guy, named bobby...and i need you girl's help...this guys name is bobby....he likes me as a really good friend, yet he like this other girl(whom i dont know) and asked her out...:(...but, i cant live that way...hes just wonderful...he helped me with some of my emotional problems....but, i really want to date him, i dreamed it...and i cried when he told me, b/c was thinking, he dont like me b/c im over weight...and so, should i ask him out(when they break up) or should i wait til he does me....he told me i need to find the perfect person....and i said i would....and i said, but i know ill be back, b/c ur perfect...and he said thats great!....im in love!!!!:), but i need to get better @ running for basketball in sept. any ideas to hurry it up(i weigh 210, i cant run hardly @ all, not goot at least)how can i get faster?

this weekend i blew my diet, all i had was cookies,twizzlers, pizza, animal crackers, milk duds, sour patch kids, ice cream and movie popcorn...yesterday after eating so much i felt very very sick (nauesea) now today it hurts so bad to eat food, i get very horriable cramp type pain in my stomach when i eat, even if its very small or healthy...whats going on? im really scared
