Hey, I need to ask a question. Last night I was doing lunges, and I did 50, then stretched, then did 50 more, and I thought it was great. then My sister shouted me and when I tried to walk my thigh muscles were killing me! what did I do wrong?

I am so so annoyed. My sister has made fat jokes at me for ages and I've tried everything I can think of to stop her, like, ignoring it, laughing along, or telling her that they are just cheap shots but nothing has worked. and Now, because she does it all the time everyone else seems to think it's ok and it's not, now it's like, everyone, and just recently my best friend has made a couple of jokes and it's so annoying because like, sometime last year I told her that I was so annoyed that my sister had encouraged other ppl to do it and she was sypathetic and NOW SHE'S DOING IT TOO!!! And I can't say anything because my sister will contradict anything I say and it's just so frustrating. Every time she does it everyone laughs and I feel like bursting into tears. I feel like crying right now because I just got off the phone from my best friend which is where my sister came onto the... (view more)

Just to follow up on my post below...I know it seems relatively unhealthy, considering the lack of fruits and carbohydrates. However, I needed to do this high protein way of eating to lose my cravings for sweets. It works great for me, as after a day or two of eating like this, I no longer crave cake, cookies...etc. Of course, I'm going to incorporate more veggies and fruits eventually. This is an Atkins induction menu, as many of you can tell.

Today was great! This is the first official day of eating healthy for me, as I've been procrastinating for a LONG time. [Breakfast: scrambled egg, 2 pork sausages] [Lunch: can of tuna, mayo] [snack: 2 cheestrings] [dinner: 4 giant chicken drumsticks, veggies] I also did 400 jumping jacks! I'm so proud of myself! I'm low-carbing it, as you can see. This is how I ate a few months ago when I lost 8lbs in one month!
