Hi, I am 225 and I want to lose weight! But I have no will power and my mum won't help me! She says that if I want to lose weight it's up to me, then she goes out and buys candy and soda and deliberatly eats it infront of me and I eventually end up eating it aswell! If anyone could give me some tips on what to do that would be excellent!!!

I'm sick of anorexia stereotypes! People seem to think that we are all stick thin skeletons that think a cracker will make us fat. We aren't allowed to go on the chat rooms because it is "offensive to the overweight people."Well newsflash i am anorexic and i am 30 pounds overweight, and I eat more than a cracker a day. I just eat under 1000 calories. I'm recovering, but I feel like I am being pushed away.

I'm about 200 pounds and would like to start exercise, what would be a good one that's not too stressful but at least gets me active for an hour a day!

hey everyone. i'll be thirteen in 61 days. this summer i am gonna run myself to death so i will shape up for basketball and track. this year at skool they gave me a uniform with added in pieces!!!! i weigh 200 lbs. no one likes me and i get made fun of all the time. i need a diet plan, and fast! and for the skool lunches, i need tips on them, so i dont eat the wrong things. i want to lose 55-80 lbs by augest. okay heres the thing, i eat perfect during the day you know a great amount of food and i don't skip a meal or anything but when i get home from school and at the end of the day i don't know how to control myself all i do is eat seriously i can't control myself thats my only problem! so please does anyone have any advise for me if so thx sooo much! xoxo luvya

hi everyone i did exercises yesterday for 30minutes. but to telll the truth today i ate no breakfast nor lunch. the only thang i ate was a half of pack of startburst. the baddest thing was that when i got home i i beigned all da way. froma piece of cake, bowl of cereal sandwhich, chips, soda, fun cake, 2 poptarts and juice was this really bad in tha calories or das that help me to make up for what i didnt eat please tell me. or email me at shirley07_1@hotmail.com

Hey guys, from the start of trying my best to lose weight i have lost 24 pounds. Right now i feel like i am at a plateau. I exercise alot but i just can't seem to eat right. Also does drinking alot of water really help lose weight? anyone have any advice for me? food wise, exercise wise, anything. (ooh i weigh 205) i wanna get down to 180 by august if possible! so anyone with advice please help me :)

I started eating healthy and excersizing (don't want to call it a diet because I hate that word!). When I started I was 155 lbs, and I got down to 138. I kind of stopped trying to lose more because I was on a plateau. So now I am at 141 lbs, which isn't too bad because I only gained 3 lbs, but I still feel really bad about it. Yesterday was my first day back on... my plan, and I am doing very well! I walked to my school and back (took an hour) and today I'm going to walk there again and go rollerblading with my mom. This time I am very determined to getting to my goal and I believe I can do it!

Hi everyone, my mom knows i want to lose weight and she supports me but I don't think she knows how much i really weigh!!! okay so me and my wonderful friend Chelsea have made a diet kindda plan thing and if you like it we would love for you to join in because then we can help each other BUT IF YOU DONT WANT TO ITS OKAY! okay here are the foods that we can eat...and the everyday plan if you want to add something go right ahead and tell me or chelsea...protien:all kinds of meat, and fishfruits:apples, oragnces, bannas,blue and straw betrries so on...veggies:carrots, tomatoes anything green= broccli, green beans, lettuce,celery.drinks:2% or lower for milk, H20, green or black tea, NO SODA, NO JUICE! you can eat 200 clories of junkfood and THATS IT! the everyday plan:morning: eat junk food (so you can burn it out durning the day)drink waterLunch:anything healthy like a salad, home made stuff..and drink waterafter school or around that time exercise intenly or slowly 15 to 20 minutes a daythen a hour or so of... before the easter holidays i was doin reali well i had started my diet and i was 171 pounds on the diet i managed to get down to 168 pounds in 1 and a half weeks i was so pled with myself but now i have to on 10m pounds so i am now 178 pounds i feel so depressed i started back on the diet today but i just cant seem to find the motivation to do reali well plz help blubber bustersi feel helplessfrom abixxxxxxxx
