hey well i have gairned like 25 pounds since i got measured for dance soo it really sucks csaue i have pictures in like a 1 1/2 months and need to lose it fast so i think im going to run 3 miles and do lunges and a lil arm weights but not much and than oly eat mixed fruit and ALOT of veges.. for that time.. than after pics go back to my normal eaiting.. can anyone tell me if i can do it PLEASE COMMENT! thanks

Just thought I would share some info with u!!! Ok, if u want to lose weight or get rid of that stomach it is great to do ab exercises like sit-ups. But when u don them suck ur stomach in as far as u can go because it turns all the fat into muscles or it goes away faster

Hey, I'm new to the site... I have a few problems that i just can't seem to fix. 1. My inner thighs, i've tried tons of different squats and lunges... not working... 2. My love handels are awful!! I've tried different style crunches and sit-ups but, nothing is working they just remain there and big. It really sucks cause if it werent for them my body might look okay. All of the clothes i wear are a little tight down there so you can see curves that shouldnt be there. I eat well, ( got a little slack durring Easter) but im getting back into the no sweets and little fat thing. Its really hard cause i feel so fat when i see those parts in the mirror.And summer is almost here, its just about time for bathinsuits.... Please any exersize ideas would be highly appreciated!!!! Hey guys..what do you think of 1500 calories a day? Is anyone eating that many? How fast do you see results? I have just started to diet right again..I have been eating 1500 calories the last two days and went from 145 to 144. I really want to be 130 a month from now but I dont think I'll be able to do it. Hi,I'm doing the South Beach diet where you eat meat and vegs no carbs I only started so no results yet it anyone else had luck with this sort of thing?My exercise is I do hand dumbells every other daywith five pound weights I do 12 different moves with 3 sets of 20 each then on the of days some ab moves What else can I do weights usually takes me about 30-40 minutes and abs i do a 10min rutien of 3 moves that you do 15 of each move as many times as you can for 10mins. I'm more conserened about losing inches especaily off my wasit because I want to be able to fit into a prom dress prom is in the end of May HELP
