Hey everyone!Hope everyones weight loss is going okay... really just came on hear to brag - cuz i've just got to 210!!! I know that prob seems alot 2 sum of u - but if u were 230 3 weeks ago u'd be happy too!!!!!!!!!!!! I still got a long way to go - my next target is to lose 10-14lbs in the next 7 weeks as a my brother went away just before i started to lose weight and I want him to notice (hes not got the best observation skills) - so wish me luck! Diet pills are dangerous and I was actually thinking about buying them but I decided not too... believe me im as desperate to loose weight as anyone else.... im telling you everyone should try the kellogs diet just look at the website you dotn have nothing to loose its www.kellogs.co.uk

Does anyone have any ideas for inside excersizes.. There are crunches and walking up and down stairs...but anything else? I'm 5'3 and like 150lbs...I know its not considered huge..but I feel big and my self esteem is shot because of my parents. Prom is in a couple of months and I'd love to look good.. If anyone has any excersizes or meal ideas let me know! Thanks so much!

ok i know all u want to lose weight and so do i but if your like me u cant go to the store and buy healthy food for just yourself i haev a family of 7 and when we go to the store we buy lots of stuff but we cant offord special stuff for everyone so what i did and what u can do is everyday eat less eat 2 preferably but u can eat 3 meals a day and dont get SECONDS no seconds or THIRDS and a good weigh to insure u lose weight is to jog for 45 to 60 mins a day in your room by jogging in place it helps i woke up today after joggin and i hade lost 3 pounds so it works and make sure to read labels dont eat anything over like 5-7 grams of fat in one serving and reply if this helps for u i want to know

hey everyone, well i saw a recipe for breakfast that's really good. it's sliced apples, non fat yougert, a little bit of cinnamon, and a little bit of vanila. it doesn't matter what kind of yougert u use but i like it with plain.

If I ran on the tredmil 20mins everyday...and did some extra exercies...and drank a gallon of water everyday...along with a balanced diet...how much do you think i'll lose??? Email me @ brix_0406@yahoo.com for suggestionms and help...:D thnx

You guys!!! omg no throwing your food up!! everyone here Im telling you, you HAVE to try the KELLOGS KICKSTART DIET.... its basically ALL CARBS.... ive been on it for only a week and I lost two inches off my waist and I fit into my jeans that I fit into in the begining of the year... so everyone should try it out go to www.kellogs.co.uk

Hey, im about 5'6 5'7 and my weight goes up and down between 150-160.. i really wanna weight like 130 would be nice.. ive always been fat and i cant take it anymore.. ive tried a lot .. the adtkins diet works but its really hard to stay on in school.. im almost at the point im throwing up everything i eat.. is there anyway else ?? i cant take it anymore... i want to have a drastic change.. but i dont know what to do??!? ok. yesterday i did horrible on my diet! but now i have new motivation - i'm giong to the lake at the end of the year for eight grade graduation w/ me and my 3 best girl friends and my 3 best guy friends! So now i have to look good for the guys! lol! is it possible to lose 30 pounds by may?

hey yall. im back lol. ok tomorrow, wednesday the 28th of january, i am starting the negative calorie diet(which is just a fancy name for a diet consisting of eating fruits n veggies nonstop for 5 days). it says you should lose about 10 lbs in 5 days, but i know this is unrealistic so Ill be satisfied with even 1-2 lbs lost. get this, my mom and i made a deal that if i lose 20 lbs and have good grades-me and my best friend can go get our belly buttons pierced. how wild is that? good motivation huh? haha. yeah, its just the losing weight part now...i can do it though. im determined seriously. so tomorrow its all fruits n veggies n water n excercise for me and on sunday, ill let yall know how ive done. Is 8 8oz waters enough? everyone keeps saying to do 8 of 8 but I don't know that's like two of my water bottles full are you sure it will help me to lose weight?If I drink more will it help or hurt me in loosing weight? What is more important to focus on losing the pounds in numbers or toning the body and making some definition or muscles I will focus on one and do the other too but what should be the main thing the diet or the exercise?
