Has anyone ever tried a diet where u eat the same thing everyday. IF SO did it help you lose weight? Did you get sick of eating the same thing and gave up on it?

I lost sooo much weight doing this! ~ Drink at least 8 8oz glasses of water per day I cheat I put a lemon slice in mine to make it more satisfying. ~ Cut back on the dairy! dont eat ice cream,fast food,bread and no milk over 1% ~Do eat apples,celery,cucumbers, salad, oatmeal etc... and in just 2 days I lost 7lbs!!!! REMEMBER: NO SODA OR OTHER BEVERAGES JUST WATER, OCCASIONALY DRINK MILK BUT KEEP IT LIMITED AND UNDER 1%!!! Try it! It works!

hey all i have a way to lose weight it works for me. eat small portions its hard at first but gets easy second find a place to jog in place and jog there for 30-60mins it works trust me i lost 4 pounds in 3 weeks so trust me

I am getting desperate because i haev been stuck at around the same weight since November. Nothing's really working. I have a problem with being paranoid, always thinking someone's talking about me and I think this would stop if I could just get rid of my weight. I want to be under 200 pounds before I get my permit but thats almost 30 pounds. I could really use some help.

does anyone know how to get rid of stretch marks, i have them on the sides of my stomach and i hate them i also have some on the inside of my thighs. they make me look terrible in a bathng suit, plus i want to lose abotu 20 lbs before march, my dad is taking me and my brother to an indoor water park in Erie PA and you basically wear a bathing suit for 75% of the day so i ant to look good, or at least like im comfortable with myself. ANT TIPS

Hello! I am also overweight..I am 5-5 and 250 pounds and have lost 15 pounds in the past 3 weeks. I am curious...what would you think as a teenager to have a support group of other kids your age get together for active activities and health advice...like going skating or dancing, aerobics,ect. ? I am thinking about starting a club in the Portland area. Do you think it's a good idea and would you attend something like this twice a month? Let me know what ya'll think? Thanx!

okay everybody.has anybody hear been made fun of by boys or girls because of there weight. i have.that made me want to have a slimer figure, but now i realize and hope all of you realize that you must lose weight to be healthier and for you, not for any body else to like you.if you try to lose weight because of pier pressure or for a guy to like you dont.after you lose weight you will just feel horrable inside if you lose weight for someone else.

Okay this is crazy... I went from 155 to 151.5 and I was so so so happy and I thought I could lose more and maybe finally for once win the weight loss contest this week because I was trying so hard! Anyways, then the day before yesterday I ate really good exercised and I did great! So then I weighed myself in the morning (it was Thursday morning) before I even ate or anything... and I gained 5 pounds since Wednesday morning so that means that in one day... like overnight, I gained 5 pounds! I couldn't believe it it's just not fair I don't know what happened I couldn't have gained 5 pounds!!!! I'm positive that I went down to 151.5 I double and triple checked that morning just because I couldn't believe it and I was so so so so happy and then I gained 5 pounds. I understand maybe gaining it if you eat alot and everything but I did SO good, I should have lost weight!!!! This is impossible!... (view more)

ok everyone i am around 170 and i have set a lot of small goalsi want to be 160 by valentines day 150 by spring break which is beginning of march and 140 by end of school year which is end of may and then 135 by sophmore year so u think this is possible i will post my exact weight tomorrow for the contest and i hope to be 170 exactly and i hope to have a lot of people really happy with who they are as a person i say if u are under 130 pounds ont go by scale go by clothes and dont go on a diet just eat healthy and excercise cuz u will grow into the weight if u are younger ones some older teens on the board may be done growing but still eat right and excercsie u dont need a diet to loose weight you just need to eat right and excercise so just work hard at it and set small goals like i did and u will get there i will till u as soon as i get to 160 so u guys now and i will tell u as i get to each small goal whut are some ideas for rewards that i can give myself none thaat involve food just like fun things to do give me reward ideas.
