Hey yall. Ok so I just took pictures of myself, wit my digitalcamera, in my underwear(no not sexually) but to see what i really look like. i was so distraught!!! i mean, its really an eyeopener. i am totally motivated now. not only do i have a weight goal, i have lil goals like i dont want my stomach to go out past my boobs anymore and i def dont want my lovehandles. so ill do excercises to get rid of those. i made a deal with myself that for every 8-10 lbs i lose, i will take another set of photos-that way i can see how much ive improved. by the end, itll be like having my own set of before and after pictures and i will be SO proud. yall should try this, its so motivational. ok well ima ride for tonite. i got church in tha mornin lol bye and good luck 2 yall

I am losing faith on losing weight. I try and try but I can't stay focused. I feel like I am getting fatter and fatter but everyone says I am losing weight. What can I do to keep motivated on losing weight?

hey everyone...im having trouble losing weight. i weighed 204 pounds 2 weeks ago and now am down to 194 but im stuck on that...im on the low carb diet so if u have any good recipies for me that have low carbs, or any good excersies please share. im not a person who sits on my but and does nothing cause i do i play softball and volleyball and basketball. im never home and so im used to not being bored...but when im bored i eat. does anyone have any ideas of not eating when im bored...im usually not bored alot only when im home which is on weekends and around 1 hour a day so please please please help me!thanks i love ya all!u can give me ur email my email is imallforyou222@yahoo.com so email me and we can talk.!

Ive been making plans to lose weight for a long time, but havent really put in the effort yet. This morning my mom and I joined Curves (a gym for those who dont know) you got three times a week for half an hour, so hopefully this makes some difference. I also have to take gym class next semester (which starts in a week) so I guess I should be in good shape before my graduation in June. Im hoping I have to get my dress taken in. (I weigh 145 lbs im 5'1 and i have 32 percent body fat, which is in the healthy range I think, but could be less.) Im hoping to lose 20 to 25 lbs before June.

Yeah, I haven't really exercised for the last two days, but I did today. However, before I exercised, I weighed myself, and I had dropped 5 pounds in 2 days w/ no exercise. I know that that can't be good to lose that much that fast... Should I change something? (I know that the scale's fine cuz everyone else in the house is the same weight they've been for weeks...) I know 3 pounds/week is healthy, but 5 pounds in 2 days can't be too good. Someone tell me what I should do...

ok yall so for this week my goal was by tuesday to get from around a 172 or 173 to 171. and guess what? im already there!!! so im going to be over my goal for this week. im really excited. anyway, ima go buy this taebo tapes everyone keeps talkin about so i can excercise more. see yall later

even though ive lost a lil more than 30 lbs, and lost about 3 or 4 inches on my waist, i cant fit into any smaller size jeans. I am a 15 (yikes) and they are a bit big on me, but when i put on a 13 it buttons up, but some of my fat hangs over (ugh. I feel so bad. I mean my goal weight is 2 get down 2 125 lbs (cuz im 5'8") and rite now im 167... will i ever fit in a size 3? i dont want 2 be tiny, just normal. what is normal anway? im so depressed

If yall are lookin for any nonfattening snacks for your cravings, try these: water or milk, tomato slices sprinkled with splenda (its SO good), low fat popcorn really does the trick or get some lowfat jello or puddin cups. HOPE THIS HELPS! power to the fat ppl! lol....luv yall
