I know all you are looking for tips and all to lose weight, well, I have the one tip that you can't lose weight without. You have to love yourself. I know it sound sorta corny and all, but it's true. To help yourself lose weight, and keep it off, I suggest everyday, especially right when you wake up, look in the mirror and say something positive to yourself, about your body, or something that your proud of that you did. This will keep you in that positive, "I can do anything because I'm me and I'm beautiful" mood. Also try and give at least one positive comment to a person in your day. Remember, what goes around comes around. Good luck to all of you.

Hey peeps. DOn't worry about it u can do it. In about 4 weeks I lost 13 pounds. I had weighed 162 pounds and know i am 149. I still have alot to go. I need more advice and things i should do that helps u guys lose weight. thanks alot Tara

NEGATIVE CALORIES IS THE KEY!!!a negative calories is sumthing that burns more calories burning the food than the food actually contains. Example:- broccoli contains 50 calories. it takes 75 calories to digest it meaning the other 25 calories is body fat!! Iced water contains no calories but takes 40 calories to keep the body at the same temperature!! i got this out of a new diet book. im starting a new diet at easter break n cant weight cos apparently u can lose loads of weight n u never go hungry. losing weight mean 7 POUNDs A WEEK!! this is not a crash diet. i cant weight!!! l8er

I just found out something great out today. When ever you feel realy bad about having a couple of cookies,try this trick out. Turn on the tv and go to the food network channel. I know that sounds like torture,but trust me! When you see them making these realy fatty high calories foods,say to your self that you are so awesome because YOU ARNT EATING THAT HORRIBLE FOOD!!! Instead you are eating delicious fruits and veges. So what if you had some cookies, im sure its not as bad as that trible chocolate cheesecake theyre eating!! Well tell me if that trick work for you or if you just think im totaly crazy! Good luck with that wieght loss!!!

Hi, my name is Aaron and Ive been overwieght for 3 years. I was always very skinny and mostly underwieght, untill I moved and I dont know what happened, I am now in the eighth grade 5'5,158 pounds. Ive been looking to put off the wieght I just cant take it for the long haul. The most I've ever lost was 13 pounds. I have lots of freinds and the whole making fun of thing has never really happened because I can joke really good. But I strive to lose the weight so I can finally get this huge thoght out of my head of being huge. From the BMI chart I'm 24 pounds over wieght. I would love to lose the 24 pounds but I just cant take from a long haul. I need a way to lose it with out crawling to the cravings again. By the way Christines success story was VERY uplifting.Thanks for letting me talk.

ok well i really want to loose weight by my prom i mean i am 160 lbs and 5'3 but i am aslo a 36dd so i carry it kinda well but i am sick of being fat i have lost 2lbs the past week dieting buti am afraid i am not going to be able to stick with my diet, i was down to 148 in the end of january then i slowly gained it all back....ne one have ne suggestions?

Hey everybody. I feel so good about myself so far today i only consumed 480 calories. that means my dinner has to be 520 or less. i have about two hours until dinner. i'll eat my dinner at about 5:30 and exercise for an hour at 6:00 to 7:00.

i also eat when i'm bored thats why i've gained around 20 pounds on the winter break because theres nothing to do outside it's cold and stuff but my stomach doesn't hurt when i eat or i wouldn't eat as much. but nobody helped me last time when i posted my message. i was 100 now i'm 120. i think this mite have started in November. I just can't stop eating. i can't run because i have to have surgury on my leg because a bone that holds my knee together is falling apart..hard to explain. plz help my jeans are skin tight and my mom can't afford to buy me new clothes because of the surgury i need to have.

i need a little advice over this way. i often find myself getting bored. when i get bored i want to eat but can't since i'm on a 1000 calorie diet and i only eat two meals a day with a snack in between. i would usually exercise when i get bored but i can't exercise all the time because when i do exercise i tend to get dizzy because i only eat 1000 calories a day. usually when i'm bored there's nothing on tv and i have nothing to read. anyone have any suggestions? they would greatly be appriecated. also sometimes when i eat my stomach hurts. i don't eat a lot but say if i hungry and it's time for my snack and i eat a granola bar or orange. out of the blue my stomach starts to hurt. anyone else experience this besides me?

Whats the deal with wanting to lose weight by spring break?? Thats incredibly LAME. You guys should want to lose weight whenever its most convenient. Like...what about DURING spring break?!?! You have tons of time to exercise during the day and concentrate on what you should and shouldnt eat- i recommend spending a lot of time out w/ your friends. Most ppls gain weight over spring break- but if you buckle down and take control you can manage a major head start. Stay STRONG!!!! lotta luvs- jay PEACE
