Ht. 5'6", Start: 166 lb, Today: 162 lb, Goal: 152 lb - Hey so I turn 18 on November 28. and as a personal gift to myself i want to drop 6-10 lbs by then. My plan is to eat healthier and work out at least 5 days a week. Sounds reasonable right? well no it's not b/c my bitchy roommate is always making remarks that upset me so much. I cant eat anything without her saying oh sabina i thought u were on a diet. I was like what?!! i haven't eaten all day and i eat some soup and suddenly she is on my case. And she always calls herself fat in front of me but she isn't and worst of all her younger sister who is kind of heavy came over...and after she left my roommate was like yea my sister thought u were nice but she only liked u b/c ur fatter then her. I was like that's nice and oh btw i got a hundred on the last chem test i heard u failed...have fun making a living being a b-tch... sry for the language but damn she is pissing me off

It's so nice to see everybody supporting each other and helping each other out. My issue is my weight is not neccisarilly my problem. But I'm really un-toned and out of shape. FINALLY!!!!! lol ive finally got bak on track with my eating :D i think its the fact that reality has hit me in the form of summer. summer holidays r in 4 weeks!! OMG then ive got 8 weeks holidays b4 my senior year!! jesus! but yea im gunna lose 11 pounds b4 the holidays and 15 lbs in the holidays so i will b 145 4 my senior year :D well hopefully anyway :P for now im just doing exercise in the afternoon/night but when the holidays start im going to do 20 min walk/run 4 mornings a week and 30 mins run/walk 6 afternoons a week :D i can do it but i just have 2 force myself :] hope everyone is doing good ♥ ♥ ♥

Now this week me and my mom are going to stop eating sweet stuff. I ahve been drinking hot tea and water. I can't believe that I had pop I didn't even notice that.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 180 lb, Today: 167 lb, Goal: 105 lb - ok so i went shopping today and i fit into size 11 Yay barely but it is a start:) so this week ive decided to start waking up 1/2hour early to workout in this book called toning for teens it is a pretty easy diet but the workout uses weights which is kinda hard for me cause i am so tired in the morning but since daylight savings is coming it will be sooo much easier. and im going to try to walk 1/2 mile every day no matter how i do it if it s for pe thats ok but if i don't have a chance to do that then im going to do it at home + my mom is going to get me a gym membership to curves so ill be doing that about 4 times a week so i kno i will start getting thinner not neccesserily losing weight but loseing inches.GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALL!!!!!!!!!!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 190 lb, Goal: 175 lb - man i hate weekends, i ate too much crap, but i didnt gain anything, in fact i think i may have lost weight because i weighed myself on a full stomach and it said i was 191, and usually after i eat it goes up 3 or 4 pounds, so i think i may have lost some, we'll see. it kinda makes sense though because even though i hate crappy, i didnt eat much at all so who knows! itd be awesome if i lost some though haha well good luck everyone

Ht. 5'3", Start: 218 lb, Today: 205 lb, Goal: 150 lb - I am ready to get back to a healthy lifestyle again, and lose weight. I just went through a really awful breakup, and I am ready to focus on me and my health. I started college, and I've been so busy between that (and work, and before we broke up, the boyfriend), that I have learned to eat to give me energy instead of just eating for the heck of it. So that's really good. I work at a place that has fried food, and ice cream and crap like that, and it's free. They have some healthier stuff... but it's still a challenge to stay away from it, especially since I want that kind of comfort food 3 days after breaking up. But at least my mind is on the right track, and I've done pretty good over the past week. I'm thinking about exercising about 20 minutes a day to start out, and then build up from there... but I have to make time for it... does it sound good? And what's some motivation to stay away from the bad food? :P
