I didn't stay away from the bad food, but I ate a lot less every day since I decided to start trying to lose weight again, and I haven't started working out again yet, but I think even a little bit of a start is getting there, slowly but surely. :) from Two mondays ago to this past wednesday (9 days) I lost 2 pounds! I was really proud of myself, because I used to have the horrible habit of weighing myself every single day, and I'm really excited that I've risen above that. :) Another accomplishment! I am still planning on weighing once a week, until I get really focused and driven on my diet and exercise, then I may bump it up to two weeks without weighing, then eventually maybe once a month, that way I can really see some results. :) I'm really excited and motivated to start eating healthier and exercising now, and I hope to lose even more this next week. Good luck everyone, and keep posting, because it's encouraging to know that other's are winning this battle too. :)

Ht. 5'9", Start: 200 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 145 lb - I feel like I have been doing so good this week but i will be strong and NOT step on that scale I just gotta keep thinking that when I actually do its gonna be such a huge difference...i got about 3 more weeks. I can do it! LoL. U know I might be crazy but like every morning I just check my body out in the mirror and since I have lost weight before I kinda know how my body works. Like I lose all the weight off my waist and tummy and then my hips and finally my thighs and my tummy is getting super flat and i love it! Lets see I went and bought another tanning contract and being all golden just makes me happy. Hope everyone does great today! I'll update my day later <3

Ht. 5'4", Start: 186 lb, Today: 186 lb, Goal: 114 lb - okay so i weigh 186 right now and i'm overweight obviously all my friends are these little skinny chicks who are gorgeous and i just feel like a big lump of fat around them. although they tell me i have the most gorgeous face and my size is cutee i feel so ugly...... by May 2009 i planned to have reached my goal which will be in my freshman year in highschool. i would love to get the weight off by the end of the summer but i just don't see it happenning.... i am doing a weigh in every week once a week to check my progression..

Ht. 5'8", Start: 232 lb, Today: 191 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Hey guys, I haven't been working out at home anymore. I've gotten pretty out of shape and I really want to start exercising again but everytime I do cardio (running, walking, jump rope etc) I start to get bad stomach aches and get really dizzy. Is that just because I'm out of shape? And what other exercises do you guys suggest I do?
