I'm trying to find out who I really am, and being healthier will add to my confidence. The things is that I don't mind being curvy...I mean, I'd be much mroe satisfied with my body if i knew I was healthy. Ht. 5'6", Start: 170 lb, Today: 163 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I'm so happy. i went shoping yesterday and bought two really cute skin tight tanks that i normaly ware a XL in and this time i bought a L. I'm wareing one today and it fits perfect. And the best part is my stomach looks curvy instead of just one big blob. i love it! I am soooo wareing it too school 2marrow!

Ht. 5'2", Start: 182 lb, Today: 175 lb, Goal: 130 lb - im having one of those "i wish i could just wake up tomorrow and be skinny" days. why cant losing weight be easy? when i first came to college i lost a lot of weight really fast. im not sure how much..but my clothes were fitting really loose. the combination of being stressed and homesick along with not wanting to eat the gross cafeteria food made the weight come off very quick. ive definitely gained some back, and im about 7 lbs less than i was at the beginning of school. its just so difficult to find a healthy diet in a college cafeteria. ive been trying to do exercise in my room during my break in the mornings, because im taking an extra 3 hour class once a week and have on site work for teaching so i dont have much free time when you factor in homework. does anyone have any ideas of what i can do? i really want to lose weight..thanks :)

Ht. 5'9", Start: 200 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 145 lb - So this past 1 1/2-2 weeks have just been horrible. Yeah no working out at all, eating w/e drinking 4 nights a week not to mention the stress from school and yeah. I gained. Like 5 lbs. But i feel good this is a new week, only 1 week til i get a week off for thanksgiving break so yay! I get to see my best friend again! We both went to seperate states for college and we haven't seen each other for like a month. But yeah back on track...working out this afternoon...recording what i eat...i think i'll weigh in again on wed to see my progress. Good luck all! 3

But like right now all of the suden I feel like a fat pig with a giant stomach with 100's of roles...and I know thats not true...but now I feel like qiuting...but I can't quit... I just can't. Ht. 5'8", Start: 185 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 150 lb - I'm really depressed. The whole summer I tried losing weight and I made it to 174, and I was really proud. But then I lost it and gained it all back, plus some. Now I weigh 11 pounds more. And the holidays are coming, which means tons of delicious food! HELP ME PLEASE!!

I was on here like...about a year ago, and back then i tryed...i was 260, and lost nothing...now i'm up 42Lbs and it's clear 2 me that i need to try again. There's this other thing though. This may sound weird, but...I like being fat, and wouldn't mind getting fatter, but i also wouldn't mind being normal. being like everyone else. being able to fit into normal clothes, at least XXL or under. I'm a size 5XL, and its so hard having to find clothes that i like and are my age's look. Theres one thing i can't change and that's how big my foot is and how tall i am. I'm a size 16 Australian mens, that's a 17US mens shoe size. Yea, i'm from Australia, and i only use this sight because there's nothing like it. And then on weekdays i do atleast 25 situps and atleast 20jumping jacks and ride my bike to school and back, probly about 1 1/2 miles. And on weekends atleast 75 situps, atleast 35 jumping jacks, and at least 5 pushups. Plus eating healthy. Sound good? Or do i need to do more? i want to lose at lest 15 before Christmas. Think i can?
