Ht. 5'7", Start: 155 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Okay, so I was buying this really amazing pink dress today. I tried it on for the first time-- it was a size four-- and it ALMOST fits.gahh.it was so frustrating. Anyway, I bought a size six. My goal is to be a 2-4. Any tips? Also, any exercises that'll help me look better in my dress? Thank you =]

Ht. 5'2", Start: 240 lb, Today: 228 lb, Goal: 180 lb - ok so my concert is in 3 weeks tomorrow i'm going to start a diet that i know works just to get started on portion control then i'll eat normal but small amounts. Do you guys think i can lose 10 pounds in weeks i know it's alot but i will be on a stricked diet, going to the gym mon-fri and doing a workout video in my house i downloaded sat and sun so what do u guys think?

I'm planning on walking/jogging for a hour to 2 hours a day this week because whenever i just get to exercising or the least bit physical i feel healthier. I'm trying to Loose weight before highschool starts and i only have 4 months. Over the Summer I'm planning on doing some conditioning so maybe possibly i can play highschool Volleyball. Ilyall! It's a total of 36 days. That is a great amount of time for us to get into a healthy routine and drop a few lbs. If we work to lose 1-2 lbs a week, we wont be disappointed bc if u r committed 1-2 lbs will definitely be lost every week, and if we lose more than 1-2 lbs a week it's like yey!! i went over the goal. So anyways this is approximately 5 weeks, so I'm positive 10 lbs or more can be lost by Christmas. Alright so the first Checkin is Monday the 19th, everyone interested in the challenge should post their plans on how they plan on losing weight, how much they want to by Christmas...remember be reasonable this is like a present u dont want to be disappointed...Oh and I am starting the challenge on the 19th so everyone has the weekend to plan... Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 187 lb, Goal: 165 lb - soo i think i lost another pound, but im not too sure. i'll put 187 anyways because even if is just a fluke, it still boosts my confidence haha but im pretty sure i did cause its more often 187 than 188. but yes, i am happy. but i feel like a fatty today for some reason. and i think im gonna make my goal weight 165 instead of 175 because i feel like i've got more to lose. good luck everyone!

Ht. 5'2", Start: 182 lb, Today: 175 lb, Goal: 130 lb - i did a good job today :) i didn't have time for breakfast because i was running late for my teaching field work, but for lunch i had a small turkey sandwhich on wheat bread and some carrot sticks. for dinner the cafeteria had a salad with grilled chicken, tomatoes, and onions. it looked pretty healthy and was filling because of the grilled chicken. for dessert i had a 100 calorie pudding. tomorrow i want to go running in a really nice neighborhood near my school. i find it more enjoyable to run while admiring all of the mansions haha. im so glad i found this website. it really does keep me motivated. im trying to get my boyfriend to lose weight with me..and he keeps saying he will but then bails out on me. i just want what is best for our health, and i dont know how i can get him to understand that. any ideas?

I was able to buy a really snazzy black velvet dress (size 14) and adorable black Baby Phat jacket (which people are fawning me with complements over!). I was incredibly happy! And now I have my first piece of "cool" clothing! YEAH! ;)

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 188 lb, Goal: 175 lb - so i woke up, ate a granola bar and did 15 mins of pretty intense cardio. i'm doing good again! i wanna be 180 by christmas sooo badly. i know i can do it. plus, like i've said before i'm getting my tonsils out on monday the 19th of november, and the surgeon said i'd be on a liquid diet for about a week or two. i know ill drop some weight from that. and when im not feeling so gross afterwards, i can work out a little bit. i'm excited for this. i havent weighed 180 since i was eleven!!!! (and i wasnt even that much bigger than my friends, i'm just really heavy naturally lol i have a lot of muscle mass naturally cause it runs in my family) wish me luck!!
