Ht. 5'5", Start: 151 lb, Today: 148 lb, Goal: 130 lb - so my plan is to be a pant size smaller by christmas. i'm eating normal foods, but ZERO junk. so i'm not being a health freak, just regular meals without the crap. anyway, tell me how i did so far today: bfast- 2 pieces of cinnamon toast, small glass of milk, small bowl of corn chex; lunch- ham and lettuce on pita, very small baggie of cheez-its, mini 100% berry juice, small serving dried fruit(apple); for dinner i'm planning on- small small piece of lasagna(i dont really like it), a mini crescent roll, a salad w/ honey mustard dressing. exercise- 30 minute jog, raked leaves for 30 minutes, weird yoga in gym that probably didnt burn any calories.

Ht. 5'1", Start: 125 lb, Today: 124 lb, Goal: 105 lb - I play a sport like most of you do. But I am overweight. =(
i've tried changing my diet to get it more heatlhy, but i sorta give up at one point. You know when you think[oh i'll do this later nothing will happen] but something did. I was a happy 113 during the summer but when i came back to skool i gained 13 LBS!!! But i've tried something different now that seems to work. I made myself a collage of all the cute things i could where and pasted it on my wall & started going rollarblading with my brother 3 times a week. Another thing is that my family dosnet eat the heatlhiest foods(which im trying to change) ex. Thai food, CHinese food, Iltanion etc. I'll try not to quit and get myself MoTiVated! And for the people like me who just cant find that inspriation KEEP Trying! =D

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 165 lb - i havent been eating the greatest lately, since i can actually eat solid foods again, i had pizza for supper lastnight, and i had two chicken burgers and pea soup tonight... but thats all i ate all day, and it added up to 1040 calories so its not too bad lol

Hey guys Sweety Here--The santa weight loss challenge will begen today.People commited on my previous post I am so happy people want to try.BTW-does everyone have a motivation-or anything that will make them not wanna cheat?Mine is a new bathing suit for when I go on a trip.It can be anything.

Ht. 5'6", Start: 240 lb, Today: 240 lb, Goal: 160 lb - I realize my goal is pretty big... but that is very much overtime... a long time... but anyways... nothing seems to work for me. I have become very comfortable with myself, as well as staying active and trying to eat as healthy as possible. I am overweight due to genetics, but I know that I can change it. To be honest, I fear being alone for the rest of my life. I am confident and try the best I can, but it appears that no matter how strong my confidence is, I do not have any appeal to the opposite sex. What else can I do? I also plan to start a strict diet and hopefully get involved with Santa's Plan.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 235 lb, Today: 188 lb, Goal: 170 lb - Hey everyone! How are all you guys doing???? Did I do okay today?? I ate around 1,500 calories between breakfast and lunch but I burnt off 584 calories in gym class by working out for 50 min. going uphill on a treadmill. I had gym class for my last 2 hrs of the day today:) Hope you're all did great!!

How do the rest of cope with not having the opposite sex finding you attractive? Up until this point in my life I have not been concerned with it; hoever, lately I find myself more and more aware of it. It is difficult to not let me effect me and I just need some positive encouragement... something I can not get from my friends at this point. Anything will be greatly appreciated.
