Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 169 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Ok How does this sound for 2 morrow. A bowl of Specail K cereal and milk maybe an organge. For Lunch I i'm going to have a 100 cal pak, 100 cal pak and a Specail K bar, water and something else. For supper What ever my mom cooks. Then for Exericise I will do 30 min total of basketball, and an hour of dancing, and other exericises I hope I can find my ddr mat. I can't find it. So how does this sound please reply

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 165 lb - is it normal for you to gain about 4 pounds during your period? i mean, i know you gain some water weight, but its weird because sometimes ill have my period and i wont have gained a single pound, but then sometimes ill get it and im heavier. what gives?

Ht. 5'3", Start: 160 lb, Today: 139 lb, Goal: 130 lb - hey so i was doing pretty good for a while hit a plateau then started doing good again! well ive hit another plateau...i'm thinking its the finals--stress eating, holiday goodies plateau. any suggestions on how to get over and past the plateau and not over-induldge in the holiday cookies and candy?? thanks!!

After having weighed 130 pounds just one year ago I have to buckle down and lose weight again AND stick with a healthy regimen this time!! I've been here before so I might not be a total stranger to you. I go to a boarding school where they unfortunaetly don't have very healthy food and I can't afford to buy my own food to keep in my dorm room.(we can't have refrigerators anyway.)They do have SOME healthy food but I just have to buckle down and eat only that, such as raisin bran and the occasional salad bar. I really want to lose this weight by February. 15 lbs in 3 months. You think I can do it healthfully?

Anyways I am almost done with my first semester at college...my last final is on tuesday...then i get to go home...and relax...and sleep...and workout...and then go on vacation...yea i'm in a very good mood right now which will evaporate in a few minutes due to finals stress. good luck everyone I plan on dropping at least 10 lbs by january 28th

Ht. 6'0", Start: 226 lb, Today: 184 lb, Goal: 165 lb - Alright. So I've finally come up with time frames for my goals. Before I was like "I'll lose weight when I lose weight" but I figured that I would do deadlines-granted, ones that are long and achievable-because that will provide extra motivation. I would like to be 165 by March and then 135 by August 24 (basically september). I don't know if my body will actually let me go down to 135, based on my height but I'd like to try...lol...I figure (based on my current size and fat distribution) that at 135 I'd be about a size 4-probably 2 in some stuff and that would be incredible. Size 2...lol...Yeah, but may not be attainable. Either way,I think I will try.
