Ht. 5'2", Start: 240 lb, Today: 225 lb, Goal: 180 lb - hey guys my mom just got me a DDR game i had to get a disney chanel one but it's ok as long as i can dance i heard alot of people say that it helps you lose weight i'll still be going to the gym but when i can't go i'll daonce with the game.Hopefully i'll lose mt 50 pounds soon c ya

My mom (shes a doctor) said that she will monitor what i eat... i mean i know that sounds really annoying (a parent nagging about your weight) but im glad that someone is seriously helping me. Plus she eats all organic and usually im the one who gets junk food and chocolate, for now on its all tea and fish and barley (*gag* but you know its worth it)

Ht. 5'3", Start: 170 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 132 lb - My stepdad FIXED THE TREADMILL!!! Im soo happy Im like really excited to start excercising again since i have gained 40 pounds, my plan is to get up at about 5:30 and walk or run for about 45 mins then when I come home probably again for an hour or so the only problem is I dont have my ipod anymore and that was the thing i used most to excercise but does anyone else have anymore good ideas I CAN USE ALL THE HELP I CAN GET! lol o and do u think its possible for me to be able to lose about 10 pounds by christmas.... may be a little stretch.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 165 lb - I am allllmost at 184lbs! almost because the red needle on the scale is between 184 and 185, so i know my body is getting ready to lose again. yay! i dont think i'll be at 180 by christmas like i had hoped, my weight loss is slowing down a bit because im getting down the last 20 pounds, but i dont care. as long as i'm at my goal weight by June 6th (exactly one year after i decided to start losing weight) i will be happy. well good luck guys!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 156 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 140 lb - hey guys i just want to remind you... what you eat matters. not just for the results of the outside of your body but the inside of it too... food effects the inside of your bodys amazingly, when you eat bad stuff, your body usually feels bad too... Another thing. Try to eat as natural as you can... things with splenda and such harm your body. Theamount of sugar that is not really sugar doent digest in your body. it stays there because your body doesnt know what to do with it and after that builds and builds it can cause some serious harm. any ways that was just an example of why you should eat better... not just for that bikini or those perfect pants. but for a long happy life!

Ht. 5'10", Start: 194 lb, Today: 189 lb, Goal: 145 lb - Hi guys, as you know, I wouldn't be here if i wasn't as big...I have gotton used to and have accepted myself as being fat to a point where it doesn't bother me any more when my friends openly snicker at me or give me nick names. Some friends, huh? I've been haunted by my weight all my life. I had a terrible childhood and I am a victim of a vicious food cycle. In sixth grade (I didn't know it at the time) my sister got really into nutrition just to help me lose weight (i was 5'4" and 170) where she lost about 15 and i lost 35 pounds. No one made fun of me anymore and people couldn't stop talking about me. Now I am 7 inches taller and about twenty pounds heavier than i was in 6th grade. I recently just moved and have few close friends, it makes me so sad. Since I just NEVER cry, i eat a lot and it helps me relax. I am willing to do whatever it takes to improve my attitude and self-esteem.

Ht. 6'0", Start: 226 lb, Today: 184 lb, Goal: 165 lb - Finals and everything has really made me realize something. Starting next semester I can do things different. Don't get me wrong, this first semester was great. I love my sorority sisters and I'm doing pretty well in school. I have my finals (2) Saturday and (1)Tuesday. This semester has made me realize I need to do some things different. First off, I'm going to study daily, not miss any classes, I need to manage money better, I need to be positive about my body and make wise choices with exercise and intake, I need to keep my room cleaner and do laundry more often, I also need to get to lacrosse practice everyday and just work on being the best me I can. I want to go to lawschool at Georgetown when all is said and done with undergrad so I need to get on that. I love new beginnings because there's so much possibility and I won't start January. I've made it my goal to get to the 170's by January. So I'm going to have to tacklel my food problems at home over the next four or so weeks I have off. What kind of "resolutions" are you all sticking to?
