Ht. 5'6", Start: 165 lb, Today: 172 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Hey guys I really want to lose about 10 pnda by like jan 1 st well bc its new yrs and I have this great black dress it fits me good but like I need to lose about 10 pnds for it to fit me even better yay I'm pretty tall so I don't really look like I weigh 170 but I know loseing about 25 pnds would b really good to me today was ok I haven't really aten anything bc I've been shopping. Great night last night, the party was amazing, and it was technically a college sponsered one so it was at this bar with a dj and yeah. I was already pretty hammered when I got there and then we found this really nice senior boy who bought us beer all night so yay! I love dancing, its such a workout! Met a couple cuties that i made out with on the dance floor, good times but yeah today I gotta work which blows so i don't really have time to workout or anything but I did weigh in this morning and 180 even which is pretty good! Oh and for KIMBURLY idk y my stomach is so flat to be honest with u i just gain weight in my butt and legs mostly and my stomach isn't effected, idk...but oh yeah I'm not in a sorority either, well yet, see my college rushes after winter break and Im def gonna do that so I will be (hopefully) in like a month. Well I gotta go get ready for work! Stay Strong everyone!

Ht. 5'1", Start: 210 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 168 lb - I've been going to the gym 5 or 6 days a week for a while now but I got sick a couple of weeks ago and then I went home for thanksgiving so I was away from the gym for almost 2 weeks. My friend Jess and I weighed ourselves on Sunday and made a pact to go to the gym every day and then weigh ourselves again on Sudnay (tomorrow.) So, I've been to the gym every day and I can't wait to see how much I've lost. I feel pretty good about it. :-)

Ht. 5'8", Start: 185 lb, Today: 178 lb, Goal: 115 lb - did you know that the fattest men lives on mexico he weights over 100 pounds, he has been on bed for five years, he had a lipo but did not work because his cells got inflamated, and his skin got relly soggy, and because his cells got inflamated, he gain even more weight, he can't even stand up his bed he pees on his bed his mom bathes him and he just wears a big blanket on his body because no clothes fits him, it is really sad, but he has a girlfrend, he has to exersise on his bed, and he is getting proffesional help. if you wanna know more they have a video of him,if you wanna read more just go to google go to the fattest man in the world, click on damncoolpics world's fattest man in mexico .and you would think about you , do we really wanna look like that in about 20 years this is just shockin

I ran for 45 min yesterday and burned 550 cals but omgoodness today my legs are so sore, but thats a good thing! I was gonna weigh in today but I went and got dinner at like 10 last night so I know i'll be off and I know I will be up drinking all weekend so i'll weigh in sometime next week! I just got invited to the Pike Frat x-mas party tonight! I'm excited! The Pikes are the hotties on campus! Well i gotta go study, but i did put pics up from last weekend on myspace! Check them out! Like... eggs, tuna,chicken,any kind of meat. but then any kind of vegtable and fruit. whater or diet soda only and yeah. i usually work after school until 10 so i dont get a chance to work out. but would like 50 crunches a day even be effective? cause it seems so low. Also are there any kind of small exercises like crunches but for hips and legs and butt? thanks you guys are great!!!

I know its muscle weight b/c i've been working out so hard lately my legs are gaining more muscle. which is fine w/ me! muscle weighs more than fat and takes up less space:) so yay lol

Ht. 5'2", Start: 240 lb, Today: 230 lb, Goal: 180 lb - omg i'm so happy i've lost 4 pounds since monday i wasn't suppose to weight myself untill sunday so i wont put it on the current wegiht but i had to weigh myself because i wanted to see if my hard work was paying off i'm so happy i will post if i have lost any more weight on sunday if i don't it'll be fine because i know loseing to much weight really fast isn't that good by the way i was planing to go to the gym only 4 days a week and workout at home fri and sat for 30 mins when i go to the gym i do about 2 hours so what do you guys think??
