Ht. 5'1", Start: 132 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 100 lb - wow. i feel horrible and good at the same time. i feel horrible because i went to the mall again today just like on friday. [i only went because i needed some more work out pants] Anyways, while i was there i got really hungry, painfully hungry and so my only choice was to buy some of the unhealthy food and it was so good i ate it all. that was really stupid.
but im feeling good because i just went out for my daily walk and i feel so refreshed. whoever said i need new shoes to walk in was totally right. my feet feel much better. thank you.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 170 lb - Hey guys, well i have been a total pig all during the holidays lol but ive only gained like half a pound so its not a total loss, im starting fresh tomorrow because i feel sick all the time from chocolate and pop, and ive been craving vegetables so i think its time to get back into my routine. itll be a nice shock to my system because its so used to bad foods and no exercise that im sure to lose weight fast. good luck everybody

Ht. 5'7", Start: 206 lb, Today: 160 lb, Goal: 138 lb - .................... yay!! i lost 4.5 pounds this week (not really a loss cause i put it on the week b4 :P) finally back 2 160. hopefully i can lose the same amount again this week. the good thing is im still eating the foods i like, like ice cream and chocolate :] just not as much. but it just goes to show u can still eat those foods and lose weight. ive been exerciseing for over an hour everyday. all i do is walk on my treadmill. it gets really boring doing it for an hour straight so i usually watch tv at the same time and it distracts me, and sometimes i brak it up into blocks like i do 20mins in the morning, 20 at midday and 20 at night. good luck 2 every1 ♥ ♥ ♥

i just went out for another walk just like yesterday. i think i just might cut my feet off. they hurt. but if it gets me skinny and pretty and stuff, then i dont care. im thinking about making this walking a daily thing. thats really unlike me but im looking for a change anyway. please give any encouragement or inspiration. but i feel good.

Ht. 5'7", Start: 206 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 135 lb - ..................... ive been doing real good the past couple of days and im hopeing to lose like 2-4 lbs this week. summer holidays end on the january 30th and i want to be around 150 for back 2 school. its my last year at high school and i really want to b smaller. ive always been bigger than every one else since the 2nd grade. i really want to go to the beach and summer ends at the end of february so hopefully i will finally get the chance to wear a bikini b4 i finish school. ie been in the 160's for like 7 months and i really want to start losing again. ive been doing over an hour of exercise each day and trying to eat between 1000 and 1300 cals a day so hopefully i will lose my goal of 10-15 pounds before februrary starts. then ill only have 10-15 pounds to reach my final goal!! ♥ ♥ ♥ ill post agian 2morro and tell u guys how much ive lost :]

Ht. 5'1", Start: 132 lb, Today: 132 lb, Goal: 100 lb - yes! today i got actual excercise! i probably shouldnt be this excited but i never excercise which is horible. i felt really bad because my mom and i went to the mall together to shop and stuff and while we were leaving, we were really surprised to see that they opened a GELATO stand [GELATO: amazing italian ice cream with alot more sugar than american ice cream]and so we bought two and they were fantastic. i felt over-fat. so when i got home i ran-n-walked around our trailed lake 3 times. i even started to dance when i was listening to up beat music on my ipod. im happy. oh and i just want to say that "lean cuisine","healthy choice","lean pockets", and "yoplait: light" actually help you lose weight!

I'm just looking for support on this weight loss journey i'm going to take. 2005 i was at my highest weight which was 298. this summer i felt great and was at my lowest 175. but i've skyrocketed back up to 198. i'm sick of putting it off. it feels good to be in control and doing something about my weight trouble. much better than wallowing..which i've done plenty of. :) its time to visualize, and create the person who i want to be. i'm on a program called Six Week Body Makeover. this program works and is truly healthy. It garentees that you'll lose at least 30lbs in six weeks. Thats my goal, i know if i stick to the plan it will work. the longer i go with being healthy the easier it is. We can do this. Its not fun feeling down. i've been in that dark rut for about 2 weeks. its time to see the light and take control! happiness is our birthright. if anyone needs someone to talk to, or questions my email is happyhaw@msn.com
