I just got a new job so basically I go to school, go to work, then go straight to Muay Thai(a martial arts class) and get home around 8 at night. That leaves me NO time to just go home and snack all day. I've eaten healthier and less in the past week than EVER. My only problem is weekend, when I'm home. Ht. 5'1", Start: 132 lb, Today: 135 lb, Goal: 100 lb - hmmm... i feel like im doing okay on my diet but not great. everyday there's one thing that i cheat on. that's bad. but every night i do this little exercise and i think it's actually working. every night before i go to bed i do 25 sit-ups and then imediatly do those jumps where you touch your toes then jump high up. then i wait about 5 minutes and do that same thing 4 times to where i end with 100 sit-ups and 40 toe jump things. i think that's a good workout. what do you think?

Ht. 5'1", Start: 132 lb, Today: 135 lb, Goal: 100 lb - man... i went onto that special k web site to try the special k challenge and i printed the 2 week schedule they made for me and i waited for days to go to the store to buy the stuff but they only had about half of the stuff. im upset about that. but i guess i'll have to forget about that special k challenge.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 147 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Hey again! Well today was the first day of a new me. I feel so excited about losing this weight healthily as in the past i have always resorted to unhealthy measures to lose weight quickly but this time im going to do it slowly to make sure i dont gain it all back as soon as i get to my target weight. Anyways heres how ive done today: Bfast- Porridge m/w 2% milk = 160 cals Lunch- Huge bowl of homemade lentil soup = 300 cals? 9 cherry tomatoes = 20 cals Snack- Banana = 150 cals Dinner- whatever my mum makes usually about 800 cals or less. Exercise- burned 290 cals doing 20 mins on eliptical before bfast going to do same again after dinner. How do you think ive done for my first day? Any suggestions o things i should change? Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 184 lb, Goal: 170 lb - i think ive finally got some self control. for the past 3 days ive been eating strictly healthy foods, except last night at my friends she made nachos and i had a little bit, but i definately had room for them in my calories so it evened out. and today, my mom brought home pizza and i had soup and a tuna sandwich instead. im on a rolll. i just hope it shows in the scale soon, im sooo sick of being in the 180s!!! good luck everyone :)

Ht. 6'0", Start: 174 lb, Today: 226 lb, Goal: 165 lb - (switch the starting and current) Grrr...I'm pretty frustrated because I've gained the weight back I lost from my tonsillectomy which sucks because I was in so much pain for nothing. Er-also today my best friends came over for pizza and frozen yogurt and I way overshot my calories from 600-700 extra which is not good. I did work out pretty well today though. I'm just upset. I need to get back on it and I'll figure out the damage at weigh day tomorrow...yerch.

I work at McDonalds and usually I'll buy something after my shift because we get half price. But I didn't! I put a snack in my bag and ate that instead. Not only is it healthier but I saved some money too! Does anyone else here work at a fast food place?

Between feb and july 07, i managed to lose 21 lbs which was a great achievement for me and i felt so much more confident about myself. However, in the past five months i have completely regained all of the weight i lost! But, i have decided it is time to get back all of the control i had before and i am ready to finally lose the weight forever! I am aiming to lose 28lbs in total by the end of june so thats about six months. Do you think that is a realistic goal? I am aiming to eat about 1600cals per day and also burn 500 on my new cross-trainer. Would anyone with a similar amount of weight to lose as me like to swap emails to give each other support and advice..if you do just leavr ur email in a reply. Ta much..Lucee x

But now i been going to the gym 3-4 times a week i am really trippin sumtimes its kinda hard when im at work cuz i work at a grocery store and food is the tempation like the other day for a snack i HAD 4 bannans i was like ok thats better then the snickers bar i was gonna eat but still i had four serving size of banannas...... Imma go to the gym friday and do what they do on the biggest loser i learn alot watching that show lil stuff that cann help like not holding on to the tredmill r running for 2 mintues walking for 5 imma weigh myself tommorw hopefully im at 280 Bu the 27th i wanna be 270 for my birthday and by the 15th of febuary i wanna be 260 and so on...... love ya keep up the good work and remeber were all still beautiful
