Ht. 5'6", Start: 221 lb, Today: 197 lb, Goal: 150 lb - it feels good to be in the 100's again! so basically i lost 24 pounds in 6 days. people have been telling me that it's not healthy, but look at the people on the biggest loser. they lose about this much or even more in a week. i eat three meals, but i exercise A LOT. i run for 20 minutes on my treadmill. the secret to that is wearing a lot of layers. i wear two pairs of sweatpants, a tshirt, three sweat shirts, and a snow hat. after that i take a 10 minute rest and the do 40 sit ups, 20 push ups and lift some weights. then later on in the day i repeat all of that. i just love exercising!

Ht. 5'2", Start: 240 lb, Today: 223 lb, Goal: 180 lb - hey guys so yesterday i messed up really bad but today i did good i ate 1 egg with 1 toast and lunch 2 slices of cheese and 2 toast the bread is whole wheta and for dinner chicken salad like mcdonlas style and i'm plaing on not eating anymore well i also have a question do you guys think it's ok if i eat a sandwich everyday for lunch i just don't want to eat the school lunch and that why i got really hungry yeastday b/cuz i went about 8 or 9 hours without eating

Ht. 5'4", Start: 185 lb, Today: 187 lb, Goal: 130 lb - hey everyone my name is kaylee im 14 -- 15 on jan.26;)i am new to this site but i read a couple of your posts and you guys seem hardworking and incoraging.so i just wanted to tell you all to keep up the good work and never give up. me on the other hand i have started my diet yesterday no more pop. juices.. etcc only water and walking 3- 4 miles a day and yest. was my first and it was amaazin feeling afterwards. i have been eating regularly but have been seriously watching my porprotins if your hungary grab a glass of water. i dont eat after 7. i have learned that i also got better sleep last night. im curretnly 185. and wana get down to atleast 130.im doing it for my sake but im going on a crusise in late may so it has totally modivated me. i wana feel better. im always here for advice. and trying to give my own. but i need your guys help too. here for you always.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 151 lb, Today: 148 lb, Goal: 130 lb - i was doing good for the last few days. i dont have a scale so i dont know how much weight i lost, but in the past week i lost about half an inch around my stomach. today after school i blew it though. bfast- 2 pieces of toast and milk, lunch- salad w/ honey mustard dressing, after school- half a donut and half a poptart, dinner- small amount of roast beef and some steak fries, after dinner- small piece of cake. :( i did have a 1 hour tennis lesson today. what do you think? also, what do you guys think of my plan/goal? i want to have lost 15 lbs by the beginning of june. thats 3 lbs a month. Do you think i can do it? Any tips? i have musical practices (with lots of dancing) twice a week and a tennis lesson once a week. on the other days i'll try to get in a 20 minute jog. i want to look good in a bikini this summer and hopefully 15 lbs off will do it! lemme have your feedback!
